| Overall track and field athletics strength of our country steadily improved,but the male and female middle and long distance running programs are relatively backward.African middle and long distance race still occupy an advantage.Japan as the neighbor of our country,its competitive strength of middle and long distance race has surpassed that of China as a whole.The background of building Sports Power and the goal of Full Participation of the track and field events of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games have raised the requirements for improving the competitive strength of the middle and long distance race in our country and pointed out the direction of strengthening the material selection and talent cultivation of the middle and long distance running.In 1992,the selection standards of middle and long distance race for national range test have been separated for nearly 30 years.With the development of the society,the progress of scientific and technological means,the changes of the physical form and competitive ability of young people,it is urgent to renew and improve the material selection index system.Through the literature review,we understand the development of the middle and long distance runners,and establish the primary index system.Through the expert interviews,we determine the test index system and determine the weight of the selection index.Through the questionnaire survey,the questionnaires are distributed to collect the relevant data.The test methods in accordance with the test procedures,do a good job of before,during and after the test of the work,through mathematical statistics on the selection of indicators of the value of independent samples T test,factor analysis screening indicators,percentile method to determine the selection criteria,the use of logical analysis of Material selection index and the process of cultivating players to carry out theoretical analysis.Research results and conclusions:(1)The characteristics of middle distance race provide the basis for determining the selection index systm of this study.The principle of human genetics,the law of human growth and development and the sensitive period of the development of human movement quality provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the selection index system of different age segments,the determination of weight and the determination of the final standard.(2)Under the guidance of the selection principle of selection index,the selection of 12-17 years old runners in China has been determined by the process of preliminary screening,the selection of the coaches and experts,the statistical screening of test indicators,and the screening of multi factor analysis.The index system is related to the combination of subjective evaluation system,including body shape index,physical quality index,physical function index,psychological characteristic index,family survey index and coach experience evaluation index,and objective evaluation system,Material selection index system including male and female sex,12-13 year old,14-15 year old and 16-17 years old.(3)On the basis of scientific material selection index system,it has experienced the initial determination and correction of the weight of the first grade index,the determination of the weight of the subjective and the two or three level index,and determined the individual evaluation standard and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the objective indexes including body shape,body quality,body function and psychological characteristics.The subjective evaluation level and scoring standard including special technology,family survey and coaches' experience evaluation were determined,and the evaluation criteria of selection for 12-17 year old middle distance runners in China were finally effectively formulated.At the same time,the selection criteria were checked back to generation,and the results of returned generations were in line with the requirements,which reflected the effectiveness of the selection criteria in this study. |
