Purpose: The novice runners' running related injuries are significantly higher than experienced runners.Running related injuries disturbed the runners' life and hindered more people to be involved in running to benefit from running. This study examined the biomechcanics differences of novice runners and experienced runners under fatigue condition and no-fatigue condition. This study aimed to explored the cause of injuries rate difference between two kinds of runners and support the clues for the running rated injuries' protection and related running techniques' improvement. Methods: 14 experienced runners and 13 novice runners were recruited for this research. The Vicon system(200 Hz)integrated AMTI force platform(1000 Hz)were used to collected kinematics and ground reaction force in this study. The Visual 3D for biomechanics analysis,Anybody for human movement simulation and Mtalab 2016 a for parameters and NNMF analysis were used in data processing.SPSS 22.0 were applied to detected the difference for parameters with two-factor repeated measure variance analysis. The statistics level was set to 0.5.Results: 1)In stance, fatigue can increase the ankle dorsiflexion velocity, knee adduction velocity, the max hip abduction angle and max hip internal rotation velocity, compared with experienced runners, novice had greater ankle dorsiflexion angle, plantar flexion velocity, eversion angle, knee flexion angle, adduction velocity, external rotation, than experienced runners.2)In stance, fatigue can increase inversion movement and decrease dorsiflexion movement, increase ankle eversion power.Compared with experienced runners, novice had greater ankle dorsiflexion power, internal power, hip adduction power and internal power.3)Fatigue could weak both runners the postural control ability.4)Novice had the greater modular size than experienced runners.5)Fatigue doesn't affect modular size. All runners had different model neuromuscular control mode. Conclusion: 1)The novice has the gait profile with higher injury risk than experienced.Fatigue increase the injury risk of all runners with changing the gait profile.2)Novice has the worse postural control than experienced.Fatigue can weak all runners' balance control.3)Fatigue can not affect the modules number.Compared with novice, experienced runner can save the modules number. For the same running velocity, experienced use the muscle control model that bestow the higher weight on pelvis and thigh muscle groups and novice bestow the higher weight on back thigh and shank muscle groups.Experienced runner has the better neuromuscular control than novice.
