The countryside is the origin of Chinese civilization.The countryside education is not only the inheritance of the excellent culture of the our nation but also the key foundation to national rejuvenation and social development.The launch of our countryside education can not continue with out the teachers,who are the most prime foundation and guarantee.Teachers in the countryside school have profound influence to the healthy growth of the children and they are on the one hand initiative factors to improve the education in an all round way,on the other hand the guarantee to maintain the educational justice as well as the booster to promote the reform in countryside education.With the penetration of the reform,there is urgent demand of teachers who are well qualified to teach and willing to devote and without whom it is hard to ensure the education quality and will has far-reaching negative impact for the development of the children.So we have to facilitate the development and the construction of the teachers relying on countryside education,which attaches great importance to the teachers and ensures the equality of the children to education.According to the current situation of our nation,the middle school,primary school and kindergarten in the countryside account for 32%,62% and 34%,and there are 3.3million teachers who stick to the front line of our countryside education and dedicate greatly to education jobs to hoist the bulks of national education.Teachers are the main force to education and they have essential responsibility to educate people and cultivate talented persons to our society.Teacher training can help improve the proficiency of teachers and fundamentally promote education quality in an all round way,which is vital to the development of the education quality.At present,although the training for rural teachers has been given full attention and continuous improvement,there are still many needs to be improved.According to the relevant research,the phenomenon that is prevalent in rural teacher training is the shortage of funds,the lack of opportunities,and the limited ability of training units.Therefore,it is difficult to obtain significant teaching effect and some areas even have problems such as training content and actual teaching disconnection.According to the rural teachers support plan,the actual training quantity of rural teachers proposed the hard index,that is until 2020,all the rural teachers and principals must be learning training for 360 days;at the same time,combined with the actual situation of rural teachers,it is also required to the improvement of the targeted training methods,or the field displacement,or on the network training,or you can also choose to send to teach to the countryside and the diverse forms such as expert guidance,actively encouraged to develop new rural teacher training mode.These measures will certainly help to fundamentally improve the effectiveness and pertinence of rural teacher training.In this way,we can give rural teachers more opportunities to learn,so that they can truly learn something and help promote the reform of teaching.This work to the rural teachers is to improving the capacity of rural teachers' professional development as the goal,through the action research method,we explore the current problems of the rural teachers' professional development support and direction in the future,in addition to the introduction,which is divided into seven parts.The introduction part focuses on the current status of rural teachers structure,rural teachers ability quality present situation,the rural teacher training present situation,the paper briefly describes the present status of rural teacher learning analysis,at the same time,around the core concepts,such as ‘rural and rural teacher';‘international transmission' illustrates the ‘teacher training and the training model' and so on;Information retrieval and review of ‘research on teacher professional development',‘reunderstanding of rural teachers' social status',etc.In rural teachers present situation analysis,the core concept of interpretation,relevant information on the basis of information retrieval,this part also ‘research content' for the purpose of this subject ‘research' ‘research methods' ‘the research' ‘research innovation points' has carried on the overall research design and the key points of the resolution.The first chapter focuses on the essential theoretical foundation of the rural teachers' professional development direction for action and experience for reference point of view,analyses the support rural teachers' professional development direction for action research theory foundation,the Chinese and foreign country educator rural education to improve the practice experience for reference,the teacher education abroad experience and enlightenment of rural teacher education practice in our country.Among them,the study mainly illustrates the ‘poverty culture theory',the theory of ‘social support' theory of ‘learning community' closely related to research topics such as the important theory and the theory of this study was to report as an important theoretical foundation and pillar,for related research,and practice efforts to promote and reflection path provides an important thinking method.In addition,this study further analysis our country countryside educator Tao Xingzhi education thoughts and practice,the former Soviet union educator Mr Homer Adam Kandinsky of rural education practice,refined experience in teacher education in developed countries for the enlightenment of rural teacher education practice in our country,these precious practical experience for reference for this study further understanding the characteristics of rural education and rural teacher education,reflection and optimization of Yunnan province and across the country,rural teachers' professional development support work to develop the train of thought,laid a foundation.The second chapter focuses on from the perspective of policy research,in-depth analysis of the current our country rural teachers' professional development support policy background,countries and provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)on the core content of rural teachers' professional development support files,through policy interpretation,to further grasp the rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province support work target direction,principles,paths,and policy analysis,and interpretation in various provinces and cities,on the basis of expanding the thinking of support optimization of rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province.For rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province key points of policy and implementation difficulties of parsing,for the subsequent support work practice of rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province and the logical starting point of optimization to find the scientific and exactly.The third chapter is based on the current rural teachers' professional development support plan of the existing problem in system and mechanism research of rural teachers' professional development support system in yunnan province,not only to tease out the current in Yunnan province in the country for tackling the existing problem of the service system of teacher's professional development,and summarize and extract the effective in current in rural teachers' professional development in yunnan province "to teach the countryside training' ‘replacement off-job training academic integration of ‘network' support patterns such as ‘visiting schools exchange',and compared different advantages and problems of training mode,put forward to be development direction of the transformation and development goals.The fourth chapter focuses on the rural teachers' professional development support content need to respond to the design,the key problems of content from Yunnan province rural teacher education curriculum design and the system construction,explore the optimization of rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province support system,which includes both the contemporary education view at the top of rural teachers' professional development support mode of thinking,also includes support for rural teachers' professional development training for the core content of training courses design,the content of the teacher education and teacher training module design.From rural teachers' spiritual life and the practice teaching,the rural teacher education training curriculum design,this is the current domestic academic research blank,also is the present rural teacher education departments and the relevant training institutions in the process of the development of rural teacher education is generally ignored problems,therefore,I based on the relative research results of main ideas generated in this chapter has in related domestic newspapers and periodicals published in the form of paper,this chapter,the study shows the support for rural teachers' professional development of the deep research and attention.The fifth chapter focuses on deep reflection,put forward based on rural education practice,further optimize the support of rural teachers' professional development strategies and systems,including: deconstruction elements of rural teachers ' professional development support service system,from a strategic height to make greater efforts to understand the central file policies further elaboration and landing incentive related policies on rural teachers' professional development,improve the system security,optimization services support level,further enrich the system guarantee of the rural teachers' professional development and service support.The study of this chapter is to optimize rural teachers' professional development support service system of science forward,further effectively in Yunnan province to carry out the country and the documents about the rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province,improve the quality of rural teachers' professional development support work is of important value.The sixth chapter focuses on from regional(school)to promote rural teacher professional development,outstanding rural teachers' initiative to achieve individual and team professional development,school sustainable and the typical case analysis of the characteristic development,through the interpretation of rural teachers(principal)in effective way to take the initiative to find their own professional development in mind and practice process,in-depth experience of rural teachers' professional development support appropriate path and working effect,so as to help institutions of higher learning,teacher development center,the rural school and rural individual teacher in the future to explore rural teachers' professional development support work practice,constantly optimize strategy,improving the quality of work,promote rural teacher professional development.The seventh chapter ‘conclusion and reflection',is to summarize the above content,which includes the specific mode of support plan and the related content,at the same time,including the patterns and contents of comprehensive thinking,on the one hand,help to improve training efficiency and pertinence training,on the other hand is also in order to ensure the training institutions training ability significantly increased,in addition,also includes security training the innovation,the development of curriculum resources and reserves such as ability,it is also a comprehensive promote rural teacher professional development and the key to success,based on the reflection and conclusion,further reflection of this study was to report results applied in routine practice,will be conducive to further realize the rural teachers' professional development support work of high quality,sustainable,effective reached the country,the support of rural teachers' professional development in Yunnan province of each work target,and for other provinces rural teacher support pushing it provide a new and useful reference.
