The management of crisis communication in sports events in the omni-media era is an important and complex activity involving multiple subject areas,and non-systematic research has yet been formed.Based on the crisis management theory,stakeholder theory,trust theory and common prison theory,this research examines the relationship between sports organizations,news media and the public as stakeholders in the crisis management of sports events from the perspective of collaborative governance.At the same time,this research explores the management concepts and action strategies of sports communication crisis in the omni-media era with research methods such as investigation research method,case research method.The main findings are as follows:1.The development of media technology and the changes of media forms have profoundly affected the crisis communications in the sports events.The traditional management thinking,management structure and management mode have shown limitations in the omni-media era.It is urgent to update the management awareness,management strategy,management organization structure,management operation mechanism,etc.2.Sports organizations,news media and the public are important stakeholders in the crisis communication management in sports events.Complying with the trend of collaborative governance,it is critical to construct collaborative governance system for the crisis communication management in sports events.3.As the main disposition of public opinion in the crisis of sports events,Sports organizations should take trustworthy actions,make full use of diversified communication platforms.In this way,the credibility of the organization will be improved,effectively preventing the crisis or reducing the negative impact of the crisis.4.Constructing a benign media relationship is of great significance for crisis communication management in sports events.Sports organizations should insist on serving the news media and serving the public.In spokesperson management and media operations management,high-quality news media services should be provided,which is conducive to crisis communication management in sports events.5.The news media should play its due role,not only to maintain independent and in-depth interviews and investigations,but also to promote active communication between sports organizations and the public.In this way,a platform for interactive dialogue between stakeholders will be built to help manage crisis communication in sports events.6.The news media should adhere to the rule of law,scientifically and professionally disseminate the crisis of sports events,which are beneficial to strengthen the trust of the media.7.The public in the modern society is more aware of the public spirit and public awareness.They have a greater space for discourse expression under the technical empowerment.In this case,the public have great influence on the Collaborative governance in the crisis management of sports events.8.Sports organizations and news media should take advantage of advanced media technologies to stimulate and guide the public to actively participate in the Collaborative governance.The public should strengthen self-discipline in the participation of crisis management of sports events.
