Social Crises To Deal With A New Model: The Combination Of Crisis Intervention And Crisis Management

It is one of the importment questions for study how to meintain society's stability and development in the transfer period. Social critical incident that take place frequently such as SARS , poultry flu , accident in ore bring a lot of destabilizing factors to society There has been little systematic or profound theoretical research in this field of sociology. This text attempts to analyze the social critical incident from the macroscopic , middle and microcosmic three aspects, proposing the mode dealing with the crises from the different aspects separately, then putting forward the overall and scientific new mode of dealing with social critical incident on the comprehensive basis. In the thesis, The analysis to the macroscopically social angle means mainly the crisis managing; the analysis of the micro individual angle means mainly the crisis intervened; because the author consider that our country is a reality of government's leading society, the analysis of the middle angle from the view of social organization is less and mainly incorporate it into macroscopic perspective to explain. So, in this thesis ,the author comprehensive the knowledge and theory of public management ,sociopsychology and sociology, using sociology visions and approaches to analyze the social critical incident ,and attempting to propose a new mode on the base of society, organization , individual aspects-- combined with the mode of intervening and managing the crisis .Because the proposition of this mode can have more objective and deeper understanding to the social critical incident ,and it also consider the situation of each aspects of the society, it is a boldly try to offer scientific treatment mode for the crisis in the future .It also is a explore to solve realistic problem in sociology through applying the knowledge in the field of sociopsychology and public management. This is exactly the most important innovation of this text.In order to better understanding, this text takes SARS as an example to analyze. In order to understand and think easily, a lot of parts in the essay combine the example of SARS.The thesis consists of the following 6 parts:Part 1 :introduction. In this part, Considering transition reality of crisis taking place frequently and current situation in this field ,the author have stated genesising and purpose to study .Also ,the author have put forward the theory value and realistic meaning of dealing with the new mode of critical incident .Meanwhile ,the basic train of though and adopted mythology is introduced.Part 2: concept definitions of crisis management and crisis intervening .In thispart ,the author starting with the concept of crisis , point out two meaning of crisis is in fact been definited and judged from two different aspect. The first is from macroscopical aspect ,the second is from individual aspect. Directing against these two aspects ,the author put forward the definitions of crisis management and crisis intervening. Then get the treatment of the crisis out of including two ways on corresponding: crisis management and crisis intervening. This essay is to explain the combination of two treatments is intact mode of what the crisis is dealt with.Part 3: Characteristic of the social critical incidents. Only being mastered the characteristic of the crisis, we could make the measure pointedly in crisis management and crisis intervening, then dealing with the crisis effectively. In addition, we also should know clearly about the new characteristic of the social critical incidents .Then ,we could make effective tactics and measure , dissolving and solving the crisis in an all- round way.Part 4: The mode in dealing with crisis on the aspect of social organization- crisis management .This part is one of the main parts of this text .The author analyzed the theoretical foundation of the mode of crisis management at first ,then analyzing the problem of the crisis management system from four respects : government's efficiency, media's function ,network and legal in term of organizing behaviouristics .At last ,through offering the suggestion of replying from these four respects, the author proposed the preliminary frame of establishing the system of managing in modern crisis.Part 5: The mode in dealing with crisis on the aspect of individuality— crisis intervening. This part is one of the main parts of this text also .In this part, the author analyzed the theoretical foundation of the mode of crisis intervening in terms of psychology and social psychology at first ,and point out important part of crisis intervening is how to coping. Then introduce to us four psychological stress reacts. The essay summarize the factor influencing people's psychological stress react on the foundation of above-mentioned analysis.
