Eros refers to the spiritual feelings of enjoy, longing, etc.that experienced by the individual in the beautiful others. It is an important potential psychology in the relationship between teachers and students. The modern education system is largely based on modern technology and industrial society. As a kind of professional labor, teachers are in danger of becoming monotonous,copy-based,and mediocre jobs.Teachers and students are placed in one architecture of production and storage of "human resources",the "non-eros" of the educational relationship is to cover the essence of the teacher's labor and education, and to compress the teacher's self-realization space, which requires us to re-reveal and think about the problem of eros in the educational relationship. In this sense,Athens' understanding of the relationship between eros and education may provide important inspiration for our understanding of education today, but to be able to correctly transform this experience requires the observation, reflection, and improvement of philosophers such as Plato. This study is based on the interpretation and analysis of Plato's "Symposium","Phaedrus","Alcabiades ?" and other texts, and finds the "educational meaning" of eros from three aspects: erotic psychology, erotic practice and erotic skills of desire, explore the inner relationship between eros and education, and think about its enlightenment on the relationship between teachers and students in modern education. The ancient Greeks carried out erotic reform of education, and formed an education system for pederasty. In the Plato era,People are more willing to depreciate the sophist who rely on education for remuneration, and praise teachers in traditional society who are educated out of eros, because eros can make education a noble and dedicated behavior. However,Plato also pointed out that eros has two sides to education. On the one hand, erotic has a certain possibility of infringing on education, because it may be reduced to possessive and wanton desires. It encourages teachers to force and possess students, drawing life energy from him,and even pursuing physiological satisfaction. For this reason,he did not hesitate to deprive the students of their self-sufficiency,harmed the students' independence, and made the students become their own attachments. On the other hand, eros may also stimulate the development of education and make education better,as long as the erotic behaviors are moderate. The teacher was inspired by the beautiful students,He saw his perfect image in the students, which was embedded in the beauty of the students. The teacher shares the perfect image with the students through language and eyes,so that the students can inspire the same erotic desire, and strive to discover and realize the perfect form of their souls. As a result, the two of them joined hands to "shape" themselves and practice a better life.In the field of education, the perfect image shared between teachers and students is "virtues" or both sides with brilliant "virtues".The erotic combination of teacher and student's produces virtue,it also encourages both the teacher and the student to cultivate their virtue through mutual encouragement, and the spiritual influence on the students and the persistence of virtue make the teacher obtain some kind of immortality.Plato also believes that, although eros may become a source of power for both lovers to surpass themselves and pursue excellence, the pursuit of eros must be "self" and "one-sided".Eros really guides people toward and pursues certain others, however, use self as a model.Eros just imitates the experience of “flying” and excitement of those who philo-sophy.The real transcendence must be “recollection” the real existence through rationality.Due to the repeated change of scarcity and abundance in the generation world, the erotic soul turns to the existence world and to philo-sophy,and no longer fascinated by all the beauty of individuality.Philosophy is not only a pure moralist who "self-ness" and "de-eros",but because of their ignorance and "knowledge of ignorance",they become the "mirror of ignorance" of interlocutors.By criticizing the fundamental limitations of eros,Plato tried to explain to the Greeks that the best educator is a philosopher, not a boy teacher or poet who fully realizes eros.Teachers are undoubtedly an erotic career, teachers should have the desire to influence students' souls and reproduce their virtues. The teaching relationship also contains the erotic relationship between teachers and students, which is expressed as the teacher's arousal and expectation of the student's soul,or the student's subordination and exploration of the teacher's soul. But teachers must understanding and reflection of their eros first, and be aware of the inherent limitations of eros, because the purpose of teaching is to arouse and guide the learners' eros, and let students think about what kind of erotic life is beautiful and good, which is the same requirement for teachers themselves.Introducing the concept of Eros into education, although it is not conducive to the reform and practice of the education system, but it helps teachers and students as individuals to deeply reflect on their educational relationship-its mission, potential and legitimacy.
