Since 2014,under the dual incentive of national innovation and entrepreneurship policies and sports industry policies,sports entrepreneurship has gradually become a new hotspot in the entrepreneurial market.At present,sports start-ups are facing both good development opportunities and severe market challenges,and the pressure for their survival has become prominent.At the current stage of the transformation and development of my country's sports industry,the market's ability to allocate sports resources is still insufficient.Resource constraints are one of the key issues that restrict the early survival and development of individual entrepreneurial sports startups.Under the guidance of the "embeddedness" theory of new economic sociology,the research starts with the resource allocation function of individual social networks,and uses a combination of local exploratory case studies and empirical quantitative research.From the perspective of network structure,the entrepreneur's individual society Conduct research on the impact of the network on the performance of sports startups.According to the case study,this paper builds an overall theoretical framework including four research variables including the entrepreneur's individual social network structure,individual social network resources,individual entrepreneurial capabilities,and performance of sports start-ups.Conduct empirical quantitative research on the study of the relationship between variables and four intermediary roles.The research conclusion is as follows:Taking the sports entrepreneur's individual social network structure as its independent variable,we can see from the research results of the correlation between the four research variables:(1)Entrepreneur's individual social network scale,heterogeneity and sports startups' financial performance and non-financial Performance is positively correlated,individual entrepreneurs' social network tops are positively correlated with sports startups' non-financial performance;(2)Sports entrepreneurs' individual social network scale,network tops are directly related to individual social networks' direct and indirect resources,and individual sports entrepreneurs' The heterogeneity of social networks is positively correlated with the indirect resources of individual social networks,and the density and relationship strength of individualsports entrepreneurs' social networks are positively correlated with the direct resources of individual social networks;(3)The scale of individual social network of sports entrepreneurs,the network top and the individual entrepreneurs Opportunity ability is positively correlated with strategic ability,sports entrepreneurs' individual social network heterogeneity is positively correlated with entrepreneurs' individual strategic ability;(4)entrepreneur's individual social network resources are positively correlated with sports startup performance;(5)sports entrepreneurs Individual social network resources are positively correlated with entrepreneurs' individual entrepreneurial capabilities;(6)Entrepreneur's individual entrepreneurial capabilities are positively correlated with sports startup performance.Taking the sports entrepreneur's individual social network structure as its independent variable,we can see from the research results of the correlation between the four research variables:(1)Entrepreneur's individual social network scale,heterogeneity and sports startups' financial performance and non-financial Performance is positively correlated,individual entrepreneurs' social network tops are positively correlated with sports startups' non-financial performance;(2)Sports entrepreneurs' individual social network scale,network tops are directly related to individual social networks' direct and indirect resources,and individual sports entrepreneurs' The heterogeneity of social networks is positively correlated with the indirect resources of individual social networks,and the density and relationship strength of individual sports entrepreneurs' social networks are positively correlated with the direct resources of individual social networks;(3)The scale of individual social network of sports entrepreneurs,the network top and the individual entrepreneurs Opportunity ability is positively correlated with strategic ability,sports entrepreneurs' individual social network heterogeneity is positively correlated with entrepreneurs' individual strategic ability;(4)entrepreneur's individual social network resources are positively correlated with sports startup performance;(5)sports entrepreneurs Individual social network resources are positively correlated with entrepreneurs' individual entrepreneurial capabilities;(6)Entrepreneur's individual entrepreneurial capabilities are positively correlated with sports startup performance.The entrepreneurial behavior of sports entrepreneurs is both "autonomous" and "embedded" in interactive individual social networks,which will be affected and constrained by the networkstructure.The innovation of the thesis lies in the fact that in the current entrepreneurial environment where the marketization level of China's sports industry is relatively low and the market's ability to allocate sports resources is still insufficient,the research points out from the perspective of network "embeddedness" that sports startups face early The problem of resource constraints,the entrepreneur's individual entrepreneurial opportunity and strategic capabilities are not enough to deal with the market contradiction brought about by the supply and demand at the initial stage of industrial development,can be found in the interaction of the entrepreneur's individual social network.Sports entrepreneurs can effectively grasp the structural problems of individual social networks,obtain the necessary entrepreneurial resources through efficient network interaction with others,update and revise their own knowledge and judgment of the market environment,and improve their ability and effect of entrepreneurial behavior.One path is social,and it is the only way for new sports start-ups to grow.
