As we all know, the creativity of our country is hiking, and a tide of starting up business is soaring, which absolutely lead to a high failure rate of starting-enterprise. Some entrepreneurs fall into desperation while others recover after failure and make his mind to start again. In this regard, the theoretical circles and business circles have reached a consensus, social network is a key solution for the entrepreneurs to obtain the resources needed and significant guarantee for smooth running business. After a failure venture, entrepreneurs even more get reliable on social network for help. So during the recovery for one entrepreneur with failure experience, which factor cause a change of social network and its behavior? It is worth further research.Based on reviewing, sorting and summarizing the present related literature home and abroad, this paper puts up with a model to analyze influence factors, characters of entrepreneurs, market environment and resource demanding, of social network behavior of the Coming-back Entrepreneurs, propose a research hypothesis. This paper get 131 effective questionnaires through the questionnaire survey, and make useof software SPSS17.0 process those data. Through analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) In the process of a comeback, social skills, and personal initiative of the entrepreneurs' character have a positive influence on enterprisers' network building, network management and network utilization;(2) Resource demand for founding a new enterprise have a significant influence to a series of network behavior on the way of business recovery;(3) In the process of a comeback, marke environment has significant negative correlation relationship with entrepreneurs' social network scale, intensity and management.
