In 2012,based on the second phase of curriculum reform,Shanghai took the lead in the implementation of physical education specializatinonal teaching reform in senior high school,so as to drive a new round of innovation in the physical education curriculum system of universities,middle schools and primary schools.As a teaching reform attempt of "standing first and breaking later",there is a misplaced view of using or duplicating other teaching system theories to guide teaching practice,which leads to confusion and loss of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,and affects the achievement of the purpose of physical education specializatinonal teaching reform.In the face of the demand of the times to develop the core quality of students’ subject,the rational optimization of high school physical education specializatinonal teaching can effectively improve the quality of sports classroom teaching,improve the level of students’ sports skills and physical health,promote the promotion and popularization of high school physical education specializatinonal teaching,and enrich the theory and practice of school sports education in China.Based on Taylor’s principle and Bloom’s classification theory of educational objectives,this study uses the methods of literature,investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics to examine the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching implementation and learning evaluation of physical education specializatinonal teaching from the connotation and essence of sports specialization The current situation of price is optimized systematically,and the scientificity and feasibility of optimized design are tested through teaching practice.The main conclusions are as follows:First,this paper establishes the physical education specializatinonal teaching goal of high school in Shanghai,clarifies the vertical and horizontal structure of sports knowledge,sports skills,physical ability,sports experience,sports sentiment goal and five dimensions,and expounds the logic and hierarchy of sub goal design at all levels.The establishment of the physical education specializatinonal teaching target system of high school conforms to the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students,emphasizes the core of sports skill target and the importance of physical fitness target,solves the practical demands of students’ sports skill and physical health pertinently,highlights the long-term value of sports knowledge,sports experience and sports sentiment target,and ensures the core quality of students’ sports discipline Flour culture.Second,this paper integrates the physical education specializatinonal teaching content of high school in Shanghai,explains the vertical,horizontal and dynamic equilibrium structure of teaching content selection,and puts forward the spiral organization form of large unit and high-density repetition.The establishment of the physical education specializatinonal teaching content of high school clarifies the independent and mutual relationship of knowledge,skills and physical ability selection,systematically organizes the teaching content at all levels,realizes the comprehensive,systematic and in-depth arrangement of the physical education specializatinonal teaching content of high school,helps to meet the breadth and depth needs of students’ special learning of physical education,and shows the teaching content to achieve the teaching objectives It is of great significance to promote students’ continuous participation in sports.Third,this paper optimizes the implementation path of Shanghai senior high school physical education specializatinonal teaching,and puts forward optimization strategies such as improving the accuracy of sports project selection,implementing dynamic layered teaching,improving the quality of sports teachers,and excavating the venues and facilities.The optimization of the implementation of physical education specializatinonal teaching in senior high school highlights the essential demand of "action" in the implementation of teaching.Through the improvement of the project selection voluntary table and the formulation of the stratified standard of skill + physical ability,the efficient operation of sports specialized teaching is ensured.The optimization path of multiple ways is adopted to fill the shortage of teachers and improve the specialized quality of sports teachers.The win-win cooperation mode is explored to ease the venue the difficulty of facilities in the implementation of physical education specializatinonal teaching in senior high school.Forth,it has improved the physical education specializatinonal learning evaluation system of Shanghai senior high school,unified the learning evaluation standard,clarified the dynamic distribution criteria of the evaluation proportion,and improved the diversified evaluation mechanism.The improvement of the physical education specializatinonal learning evaluation system of senior high school has made clear the five-dimensional evaluation contents of the subject of sports skill evaluation,the second of physical ability but the increasing proportion year by year;emphasized the leading position of teacher evaluation,the increasing trend of the proportion of students’ self-evaluation and mutual evaluation,and highlighted the main position of students’ physical learning;improved the evaluation methods and the presentation methods of learning achievements The accuracy of students’ learning evaluation effect and the extension of value promote the organic integration of short-term purpose and long-term perspective of high school physical education specializatinonal teaching.Fifth,through the research on the establishment of teaching objectives,integration of teaching content,optimization of teaching implementation and improvement of learning evaluation,the theoretical basis of Shanghai high school physical education specializatinonal teaching is consolidated,which has macro guiding significance and strong practical operability.Research results in CS high school teaching practice shows that the teachers and students in high school physical education specializatinonal teaching cognitive positive changes have taken place in teaching,students’ physical health level of sports skill and got the positive promotion,supporting high school physical education specializatinonal teaching optimization of the theoretical and practical significance,to promote high school physical education specializatinonal teaching the benign operation and has important reference value for full implementation.
