Research On Wisdom Library Knowledge Service Extension Situation Construction

This study explores the theoretical and practical issues of the extension mechanism of intellectual library knowledge services and the enhancement of their new service capabilities in a data-driven environment.The Wisdom Library is based on the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology.It uses intelligent elements as means to achieve "interconnection,thoroughness,deep integration,convenient and efficient,and service innovation." It provides users with diversified,personalized intelligence services.The extension of intellectual library knowledge services is the further development and upgrading of digital library knowledge services.It is to comprehensively improve the role of libraries in social development and support their comprehensive capabilities in teaching,scientific research,social management,cultural construction and social development,using big data,cloud computing,ontology,Internet of Things,inference engine and other technologies,which will enable library services to be developed in the direction of automation,integration,intelligence,visualization,and ecology.This will enhance the library’s service innovation capabilities and help users create new knowledge and solve new theoretical and practical problems.The extension of knowledge services in smart libraries must shift from resource-driven to service-oriented.Specifically,it is reflected in resource construction,from the ownership of resources centered on libraries to the acquisition of resources based on user needs,and on the form of resources,from paper-based resources to the rational matching of paper-based resources and electronic resources,the reconstruction of space resources,and the reconstruction of human resources.Expressed in the content of services,from the simple provision of documents and data to the provision of information,knowledge and wisdom services;from only document provided to the three-dimensional creation of passenger space,learning platform to provide;from the entire books in library to borrow to the acquisition of fragmented knowledge.The extension function of the knowledge service of the Wisdom Library has changed from the service based on documents to the “people-oriented” service function based on information transmission,data mining,space reengineering,knowledge discovery,and intelligence service.The ultimate goal of the extension of the knowledge service of the smart library is to improve the knowledge service capabilities and level of the smart library,and meet the increasingly diverse and personalized needs of users.This is the paper’s writing ideas and writing logic: Starting from the basic elements(resources,talents,services,technology,space,etc.)of the knowledge service supply side of the smart library,the extension mechanism model of the knowledge service of the smart library is constructed under the guidance of the system theory,and the factors that affects the smart library knowledge service is extracted.Then use the structural equation model to verify the impact factors,support the scientific conclusion of the reliable data.Finally,it is necessary to upgrade and optimize the interconnected situation,resource situation and service of intellectual library knowledge service respectively.That is to say,The ease-of-use,usefulness,and motivational functions of the situation have enabled the transition from the focus on platform technology,resource content,and service level to the attention of users.The achieved results hope to provide practical and theoretical value for the study of library knowledge services and supply-side structural reform in China.The main content of this paper is as follows:The first chapter is introduction.This chapter first points out the research background and significance of the paper,sorts out the current research status of knowledge services in the smart library,and gives a review.At the same time,it introduces the main contents of the research,technical methods and innovations.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis.This chapter starts from the relevant concepts of the study,and elaborates on the concept and theoretical basis of the smart library,including related concepts of the smart library,technology acceptance models,context awareness theory,system dynamics theory,smart city theory,and constructivist learning.This chapter clearly explains the contents of smart libraries,knowledge services,and extension of knowledge services.It inherits existing research theories and completes new research frameworks.The third chapter is the research on the extension mechanism of knowledge service in smart library.According to context awareness theory,knowledge creation theory,system dynamics theory,and wisdom library theory,this paper analyzes the elements and extension mechanism of knowledge service system in smart library,and builds a system model of extension mechanism of knowledge service in smart library.The fourth chapter is the research on the influencing factors of knowledge service of the smart library.From the mechanism analysis of Chapter 3,the key influencing factors of knowledge service extension of smart library are analyzed from the aspects of internal and external dynamic factors,and empirical research is conducted.The fifth chapter is the research on the resource situation construction of the extended knowledge service of wisdom library.Introduce the relevant elements and contents of the resource situation,and put forward the strategy of constructing extending the resource situation of the intellectual library knowledge service.The sixth chapter is the research on the internet situation construction of the extended knowledge service of the wisdom library.Introduce the relevant elements and content of the technical situation and space situation,and put forward the strategy of constructing the extension interconnected situation of the intellectual library knowledge service.The seventh chapter is the research on the service situational construction of the extended knowledge service of the wisdom library.Introduce the relevant elements and contents of the service
