Study On Financial Service System Innovation Of New Agricultural Business Entities

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward,to speed up cultivating new agricultural business entities,build a professional,organized,intensive and socialization of combining the new type of agricultural management system.Countries stressed much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning,we should deepen the reform of the rural finance,set up a system of cultivating new agricultural business entities of the policy.As the core of modern agricultural economy,rural finance is helping the new agricultural operators to speed up the development of important guarantee.Therefore,in view of the weak link in the modern financial service system in agriculture,explore innovation suited to the characteristics of the new agricultural business entities needs financial service system,enhance the capacity of financial support for the modern agriculture,has become a modern rural financial deepening system reform,speed up the development the important content of agricultural modernization.In view of this,this study comprehensively advancing with the country of supply side structural reform as the background,based on the related concepts and theories,with new type of agricultural management main body system of financial service innovation as the research content,the integrated use of theoretical analysis and empirical research and other research methods,the new type of agricultural management main body financial supply and demand present situation and problems on the basis of empirical analysis,draw lessons from the domestic main provinces(municipalities)of new agricultural management main body the main methods of innovative financial services system and basic
