The Study On Spatial Structure Evolution Of Three Major Urban Agglomerations In China

Urban agglomeration is a city-regional system formed by the interaction of densely distributed cities and their hinterland.Urban agglomeration area urbanization level is higher,more developed with one or two commonly radiating and driving ability and has stronger giant central cities as the core,distribution around a series of economic ties closely,complementary functions,different levels of city and the city has been formed between regional networked organization structure.In most countries and regions,the population and economy are constantly agglomerating to the major urban agglomerations,and the development level and competitiveness of urban agglomerations have become the core areas affecting their economic and international competitiveness.So far,our country has already formed or already existed a national urban agglomerations including Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration and urban agglomeration in the pearl river delta,beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration,zhongyuan urban agglomeration and urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river,chongqing urban agglomeration and urban agglomeration,Liao Zhong ha long south urban agglomeration,shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,the channel west bank urban agglomeration and urban agglomeration,urban agglomerations in guanzhong plain,the beibu gulf package hubei urban agglomeration.In recent years,our country paid more and more attention to promote the healthy development of the urban agglomeration,hoped to promote the urbanization process and improve the efficiency of various configurations of factors of production through the national urban agglomerations construction,and to promote the transformation of economic development patterns and intensive economic growth.Overall,there is a big gap between the development of mainly urban agglomeration development level in our country,and there are obvious differences in the function division depth,space compactness,input-output efficiency and resource environment bearing capacity among cities in urban agglomeration.The economic and social development of the three major urban agglomerations not only plays a direct role in the region,but also determines the overall trend of China's economy and itsposition in global competition.Economic and social development of the three urban agglomerations,and further study of the spatial structure,to summarizes the regularity of urban agglomeration development and construction in our country,found that there were problems,explore policies and measures to promote the development of urban agglomerations in our country,etc.,has very important significance.Paper embarks from the theory of urban system,therefore,in classical research paradigm in urban system scale(grade scale structure,functional structure and space structure)for the Angle of view,spatial structure of urban system,with the three urban agglomerations of space structure evolution as the research object,its space structure evolution process were analyzed.The historical development of urban agglomeration is studied comprehensively,and the economic development process of urban agglomeration is analyzed concretely.At the same time,the paper work from two main lines of time and space to conduct multi-dimensional quantitative analysis.The time pattern expanded from 1995 to 2015,and examined the evolution of spatial pattern of urban agglomeration in 20 years.The study of spatial pattern has expanded the research concept of the city area,including the municipal government,deputy provincial cities,prefecture-level cities and county-level cities.On the grade scale structure,functional structure and urban scale degree were studied in three aspects: the relation between the expansion of the level,highlights a big city and small city in the urban system play a different role.In particular,the study of the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration has been extended to the jurisdiction of anhui province for the first time.In this article,through combing the domestic and foreign research theory and literature,urban agglomerations in the structural theory,central place theory,spatial interaction theory as well as core-periphery theory as the research foundation,from the urban system spatial structure evolution and urban sprawl two ideas for development,to the three urban agglomeration spatial structure evolution of comparative analysis,in order to the development of China's urban agglomeration spatial structure with the core city of path form paradigm,in particular,on the future development of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration to provide adequate countermeasures and Suggestions.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction,which mainly includes the background,research significance and current research status of urban agglomeration development.It is the outline of the whole thesis.Chapter 2 is the research of related concepts and basic theories.This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part defines and analyzes the concept of urban agglomeration.And the concept of space structure is combed.The second part sums up the basic theory of thedevelopment of urban agglomeration spatial structure,mainly including the structural theory,central place theory,spatial interaction theory as well as core-periphery theory,etc.,as the main part of the later clear theoretical basis.Chapter 3 is the evolution of history and economic level of the development of China's three major urban agglomerations.This chapter first reviews the history of the three major urban agglomerations since the reform and opening up,and defines the research scope of the three major urban agglomerations.Secondly,from the economic growth and regional disparities,the urbanization level,industrial structure,foreign trade and four aspects are analyzed in detail,such as the three urban agglomerations in 1995-2015 inside the evolution process of the economic level of each city.Chapter 4 is the study of the scale structure evolution of China's three major urban agglomerations.Research work in this chapter from two angles of population and economy,the city's first law of correlation theory and the rank-size regression method to analyze the urbanization of the population and economy coordinated development of urbanization in the urban agglomerations.Firstly,according to the number of permanent residents in urban agglomeration,the scale of the urban agglomeration is divided.The hierarchical structure of the three major urban agglomerations was analyzed by using the first degree and sequence regression analysis method.Secondly,the economic scale of the core cities of the three major urban agglomerations is analyzed by using the economic first degree and the economic concentration.Finally,comparative analysis of the population urbanization and economic urbanization structure of the three major urban agglomerations,and the evolution characteristics of the scale structure of the three major urban agglomerations.Chapter 5 is the evolution of the functional scale structure of the three major urban agglomerations.Work based on the previous studies,this chapter from the "three elements" of the city function,scale,functions in strength and the differences of specialization division reflect the city's specialization degree,and based on the foregoing research,the traditional 19 industry merge for 11 industry function,using the location entropy,nelson index analysis of the three major functional structure of urban agglomerations,divided into the three urban agglomerations internal basic functions of the cities and the basic functions,and on the basis of nelson index function for each city to determine empirical research strength and professional department.Finally,this paper compares the functional scale and functional intensity of the three major urban agglomerations,and analyzes the evolution characteristics of the functional structure of the three major urban agglomerations.Chapter 6 is a study on the evolution of spatial relation structure of three major urbanagglomerations.The classical gravity model was modified by using principal component analysis method,and the comprehensive strength of each city was expatiated from the score of city comprehensive competitiveness.The gravity model is modified to analyze the economic relation structure among urban agglomerations.The interaction between cities in urban agglomeration is analyzed by using the model of gravity model.Through quantitatively analyzing,the effect of large cities on small cities,and gets the spatial relation structure characteristics of the three major urban agglomerations.Chapter 7 is the summary and countermeasure suggestion.According to the analysis of the first six chapters,the main conclusions of the thesis are summarized.At the same time,it puts forward some Suggestions on the development of the future spatial pattern of urban agglomeration in China and the development of the core cities,makes clear the future of the research direction.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: firstly,the scale and scale of population of the three major urban agglomerations tend to be scattered;Secondly,the functional structure of the three major urban agglomerations presented obvious hierarchy.Third,the economic spatial relationship between the three major urban agglomerations has been continuously strengthened.Fourth,the radiation effect of core cities is constantly enhanced.Fifth,the spatial structure evolution of the three major urban agglomerations are distinctive.
