Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of data technology,the human society has evolved from the information era to the data era.The core of the data era is the data economy.One of the key driving forces for the development of the data economy is data assets.However,the role of data assets is facing many difficulties.The existing theoretical methods are difficult to identify valuable data in mass data,and it is difficult to effectively analyze and quantify the value of data assets.At the same time,the current data assets trading model can hardly guarantee the security of transactions.The forefront of current data asset research is how to measure the value of data assets,how to construct a data asset value analysis model,and how to provide a secure and feasible data asset trading environment.The research object is data assets.The goal of this paper is to measure the value of data assets and secure the safe trading of data assets.This paper presents the definition and characteristics of data assets.Based on the composition and influencing factors of the value of data assets,this paper proposes a data asset value analysis model based on feature dimensions.According to the five feature dimensions of data asset value,this paper constructs a data asset value analysis model based on deep learning technology.To solve the problems in the current data assets transaction,this paper constructs a blockchain-based data assets trading system.This paper proposes a data asset value analysis and transaction application scenario for the business circle centered on the port.This paper discusses the application of the data asset value analysis model and blockchain-based data assets trading system in an actual scenario.First,based on the consideration of the development of data economy in our country,this paper combs the sources and classification of data assets.By studying the value of data assets in the four stages of the data economy,this paper proposes the difficulties of the value of data assets and the limitations of existing methods.In this paper,the asset value of the data can be divided into intrinsic and extrinsic value.Data assets have the following characteristics:sharing,accessibility,activity,accuracy,relevance,scale,and regenerability.Granularity,activity,relevance,multi-dimension,and scale are the five feature that measure the value of data assets.This paper presents an analytical model of the value of data assets.Secondly,to improve the data asset value analysis model framework based on feature dimension,this paper constructs a data asset value analysis model by using deep learning technology.The calculation of the values of the five feature dimensions was achieved and the quantification of the value of the data assets was completed.Taking the actual data of a large domestic port as a sample,this paper verifies the accuracy of the model.Thirdly,to ensure the security of data assets transactions,this paper constructs a blockchain-based data assets trading system.This system is different from the current data transaction mode of,which is decentralized.To ensure the security of data assets transactions,the system has safeguard mechanisms such as asymmetric encryption,two-way anonymity,credit certification,data confidentiality,and ownership authentication.Finally,this paper proposes a data asset value analysis and transaction application scenario for the business circle centered on the port.This paper discusses the application of the data asset value analysis model in actual scenarios.By completing the prototype development of the information system,the paper provides reference for the application of data asset value analysis model in the actual scene.The paper discusses the construction and application of safe and feasible data asset trading system,which provides reference for the application of blockchain-based data asset trading system.
