Study On The Regional Growth Effect Of Synergistic Agglomeration Of Producer Services And Manufacturing

As geographical characteristics of economic spatial activity,industrial agglomeration is an important source of regional economic competitiveness and economic growth,reviews the history of economic development from agriculture to industrialization period,and after the current era of industrialization and information,each stage has its corresponding dominant industry and industrial cluster.With the deepening development of the specialization and the tertiary industry,industrial cluster is not only for a single industry agglomeration,shows the the phenomenon that relevant industries in space synergy agglomeration,outstanding performance in the integration of industry and the extension of value chain and the increasing output.The western countries is putting forward "industrialization","4.0" industrial policy,aim to support the development of manufacturing industry,domestic supply side of the structural reform,made in China 2025,aims to transformation of kinetic energy and promote growth of industrial structure optimization.In this context,the research on the integrated development of the secondary and tertiary industries,especially the collaborative clustering of producer services and manufacturing,has become a hot topic.Changzhutan urban agglomerations is in pearl river delta,beijing-guangzhou economic belt and the junction of the Yangtze river economic zone,has a good geographic conditions and natural resources advantage,have central urban agglomeration development potential and regional economic radiation ability,and is in the phase of middle stage of development of industrialization,under the leading industries such as industrial and manufacturing and the extensive growth mode,urban agglomeration economy has obtained certain achievements,but also faced with the transformation of development difficult,lagging development of producer services,industrial competitiveness is not strong,the isomorphism problem such as competition and overcapacity,suppresses the coordination of agglomeration economy effect,block the division of labor between the urban agglomeration industry co-location and city orientation,restricting the further development of the economy.Therefore,how to promote the synergistic agglomeration of industrial agglomeration in changzhutan city is a problem that must be solved in regional development.From the perspective of theoretical and empirical view to study the factors that influence producer services and manufacturing agglomeration and the dynamic relationship between synergy and agglomeration and economic effect,has important theoretical and practical value to expand the research perspective of industrial agglomeration theory,solve the structural problems of changzhutan regional economic development.Marshall first study the problems of industrial agglomeration systemically based on externality perspective,the rise of new economic geography nearly 20 years laid the foundation for industry group collaborative research in theory and logic.Under the three major influence industrial agglomeration effects and center-periphery model,many scholars in different conditions building the mathematical model of industrial concentration to study diffusion and agglomeration problems,and put the space factors into the research category,relax the assumption of diminishing returns of scale,but due to the specific research environment,the theoretical analysis focused on manufacturing industry,the research of collaborative agglomeration only extension to the agricultural sector.Producer services separated from manufacturing as a result of specialization,is an important sector in modern economic system,while the existing literature has studied the collaborative agglomeration,but there is still a blind area in terms of theory.This article is based on the fact that manufacturing agglomeration of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration development,leading producer services development lags behind the experience,along the "collaborative agglomeration mechanism,influence factors,growth effect" theory to study the main line and the industrial concentration,collaborative agglomeration,space effect "of the main line of empirical study,from the industry and the space level of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration to study the mechanism and effect of collaborative manufacturing agglomeration.Through theoretical and empirical research,the main conclusions of this paper are:(1)Based on the space-time evolution of the industrial development pattern of changshazhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration analysis,the study found that the second industry is still the leading industry of the changzhutan urban agglomerations,the development of the economic structure shows 231 model,manufacturing industry has gradually moved from the urban agglomeration of central,producer services gradually has the trend to move to the regional center,collaborative cluster degree is not high,on the whole,the lag development of producer services restricted the synergy agglomeration level to further improvement.(2)Through the simultaneous equation,from the perspective of industrial linkage,the study found that the manufacturing agglomeration of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration and productive service industry cluster has the mutual promotion between the interaction,,but the role of producer services agglomeration pull function on the manufacturing agglomeration is greater than the manufacturing of producer services.(3)The producer services and manufacturing agglomeration degree has a positive correlation with collaborative agglomeration level,the relationship between information technology and human capital level effect was not significant,the expansion of cities can help enhance coordination agglomeration effect.(4)Synergetic clustering can promote the rationalization and high level of industrial structure,with effect of 0.27 and 0.3 respectively,and the improvement of GDP per capita and economic efficiency shows a non-linear effect.(5)The study found that though threshold regression model,when the city is located in(150.61,219.0498],collaborative cluster's effect on economic growth up to 5.11,the current level of opening up to the far from threshold method,through the introduction of foreign capital can promote industrial agglomeration and economic development together.(6)From the aspect of space,according to a study in the urban agglomeration of city spatial spillover effect remains to be improved,the center of changsha city space overflow ability is insufficient,the per capita GDP has strong spatial spillover effect,and the economic efficiency of the space effect is not obvious.The research expanded the research scope of industrial agglomeration,synergy of industries agglomeration with more comprehensive investigation,try to put the space factors into the research category,and using a dynamic panel,instrumental variable as well as the spatial econometric model to study the collaborative agglomeration and economic effect,which avoid the problem of single perspective study limitations in industrial agglomeration,provides a new angle of view for changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration,economic structure transformation and improvement the quality of economic growth,put forward policy suggestions on collaborative cluster and the economic development of changzhutan urban cluster.
