Research On The Influencing Factors Of Producer Services Agglomeration

The world economy is gradually changing from "industrial economy" to "service economy".The service industry of service industry and its core has developed rapidly,and has gradually become the pillar industry of the national economy of each country.China is in a critical period of industrial restructuring,and vigorously developing producer services has become an important starting point to promote economic upgrading.As one of the regions with the best economic foundation and the most comprehensive competitiveness,the Yangtze River Delta region has already appeared a remarkable agglomeration phenomenon of producer services.Help to optimize the regional industrial structure of Yangtze River Delta city group development of producer service industry,narrow the development gap between regions,so as to enhance the regional competitiveness,realize the strategic target to build an important international gateway to the Asia Pacific region.Based on the new economic geography theory of industrial agglomeration,division of labor and the theory of transaction cost and production service industry related theory,discusses the essence of producer service industry,and the construction of the two dimensions of the transaction object and transaction environment of producer services agglomeration effect hypothesis factors framework and related research.According to the relevant data of Yangtze River Delta city group 2005-2015 of the prefecture level city of productive service industry agglomeration level analysis and measure the spatial correlation,select appropriate indicators can reflect the transaction object and transaction environment category,construction standards,standards,economic geographical adjacency and standard traffic standard four kinds of spatial weight matrix,and the establishment of spatial lag model SLM analysis of agglomeration do spatial panel on the Yangtze River Delta city group production services.Finally,the paper draws the corresponding conclusions and puts forward some pertinent policy suggestions.Theoretical study shows that the productive service industry with intermediate input,and professional knowledge of intangible products,the essence of producer services agglomeration trend is the transformation process of enterprise from the personal transaction to the impersonal transaction,but also employees use silent knowledge to the learning process of encoding of knowledge,in order to seek production service industry of higher operation efficiency.This paper discusses the analysis framework of influencing factors of producer services agglomeration in detail,which can be carried out in two dimensions: transaction object and transaction environment.According to the former enterprise face directly in the area of the downstream industry and other similar or related transactions subject,the producer service industry has played a leading role,including enterprise competition,asset specificity and manufacturing agglomeration degree;the latter for various enterprises encounter in the area of favorable or unfavorable trading environment,the producer service industry plays a supporting role,because of its externality and is often affected by geographical proximity factors,economic strength and traffic level and other factors,including the level of information technology,knowledge spillover degree,city scale level,government intervention ability and spatial correlation.The empirical research shows that,firstly,the development of producer services is good,in the form of steady improvement in employment and the proportion of productive service industry;secondly,using location quotient and spatial Gini coefficient on the producer services agglomeration of industry analysis and area.Known from the analysis of the industry,transportation,storage and postal industry,information transmission,software and information technology services,financial services,leasing and business services and other 4 categories of producer services in all levels are gathering,and other 3 kinds of industry agglomeration level is lower than the national level.From the regional perspective,the development of the city between the Yangtze River Delta city group,most of the production service industry gathering in Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Zhoushan,Hefei 5 city,and has a certain effect on the surrounding city siphon.Not only the production service industry showed a strong regional characteristics,so is the various segments of the industry;moreover,the use of Moran 's I index is used to explain the production service industry spatial autocorrelation,nearly ten years in the Yangtze River Delta showed positive spatial correlation and increasing;finally,the spatial econometric analysis of Yangtze River Delta city 2005-2015 group of producer services agglomeration,the spatial heterogeneity is very obvious,and the influence of the area of factor endowment heterogeneity is very significant,the measurement results are also consistent with the theoretical expectations hypothesis.There is significant spatial correlation and the agglomeration of producer services has a positive role in promoting,fitting the adjacent feature weight matrix is the most ideal,the economic characteristics of the weight matrix secondly;influence coefficient of producer services agglomeration are positive competition,asset specificity and manufacturing,and through a significant test 1%,the description of the transaction object factor plays a key role of agglomeration of productive service industry;knowledge spillover coefficient for most positive,information technology,city scale and the degree of government intervention is most significant negative,that environmental factors play a supporting role in agglomeration of producer services;lack of flexibility influence of geographical proximity,economic scale and the level of traffic and other external factors on the transaction object factors,environmental factors impact on the transaction is more sensitive.The main innovation of this paper is the analysis framework of the two dimensions of producer services agglomeration transaction object and transaction environment,and the spatial econometric model and using the method of producer service industry research,and data support to the Yangtze River Delta city group.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the agglomeration development of producer services in the Yangtze River delta.
