The Study On The Theory Of Economic Cooperation With Chinese Characteristics

Economic cooperation is a common action in which people living in real economic social relations voluntarily unite to pursue the maximization of economic benefits.China's economic cooperation is a tortuous course of development from the vigorous cooperative movement in the early years of the founding of the PRC when it realized the embedding of individual peasants from distribution to cooperation,and then to the new development from distribution to cooperation after China's reform and opening-up policy.This process of development reflects the internal logic and basic context of China's reform.Today,the historical process of economic cooperation and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been rearranged and rethought,and the historical experience and mistakes in the exploration of economic cooperation have been summed up profoundly.To clarify the internal logic of China's economic cooperation and to construct a reasonable framework of economic cooperation,it is not only necessary to promote the development of socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics,but also necessary for China to realize higher development in the new era.“Everything people strive for is related to their interests.” This is an important ideological concept of Marxist theory and a logical starting point for the study of economic cooperation.The choice of economic cooperation mode is an important change in economic relations.Any change in economic relations is an adjustment of interest relations.Since the CPC always represents the fundamental interests of the common people and always regards the people's yearning for a better life as its goal of struggle,the cooperative transformation under the leadership of the CPC is bound to be based on the logical starting point of meeting the interests of the people to the maximum extent.Effective coordination of various interests has become the core issue of economic cooperation.Throughout the course of development of the practice of economic cooperation led by the CPC,we can see that,to the greatest degree and to the greatest extent,most of the farmers should be satisfied with the development of production and increase their income.The need to maximize economic benefits is the basic value pursuit of China's economic cooperation.No matter in the property right system,the distribution system,the management system,or the organization principle of economic cooperation,the value principle of Marxism respecting the maximization of the interests of the subject is embodied everywhere.This dissertation,drawing on the latest theoretical achievements of the current research on economic cooperation,thoroughly analyzes the general mechanism of economic cooperation.Employing the method of benefit analysis in Marxist historical materialism,this dissertation reinterprets the theoretical basis,the pursuit of the goal,the innate essence,the system arrangement and the principle of the development of the socialist economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics.It systematically analyzes and combs the development course of China's economic cooperation,vividly depicts and outlines China's tortuous exploration of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics.It provides an important reference frame and theoretical support for promoting the development of economic cooperation in China and the world under the guidance of Marxist economic cooperation theory.This dissertation includes seven chapters,and the specific ideas are as follows:Chapter one is the introduction,summary of research background and significance of the dissertation,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas,methods,innovation and limitations.Chapter two is the basic analysis of economic cooperation,starting with the concept of economic cooperation.It further analyzes the foundation,function,influencing factors of economic cooperation,cooperative economy and the cooperative system.Cooperative transformation and other related concepts related to economic cooperation are defined and analyzed as the basis and origin of the dissertation.Chapter three traces the origin of thought and theory.Firstly,it excavates the ethical value principle of economic cooperation from the traditional Chinese culture,which is an important theoretical resource for the study of economic cooperation in China.Secondly,the dynamic mechanism and realization mechanism of economic cooperation absorbed from the relevant theory of western economics is an important reference for economic cooperation theory and practice with Chinese characteristics.Finally,the basic object,principle and value orientation as an important resource of theory research in the traditional culture of economic cooperation is also explored.Chapter four elaborates on the basic theory of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics.This dissertation systematically analyzes and interprets the basic theory of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics from the aspects of core issues and organizational principles.It puts forward new views on economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics to deepen and enrich the theoretical connotation of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics.In so doing it can also clarify the mistaken ideas,to promote the healthy development of socialist economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics to provide a reliable theoretical basis.Chapter five makes a thorough investigation of the history and logic of economic cooperation.It is divided into three periods to investigate the historical changes ofeconomic cooperation with Chinese characteristics,including the preliminary exploration of economic cooperation in the early stage of the founding of the PRC(1949-1956),the tortuous exploration of “collectivization” economic cooperation in the period of traditional planned economy(1957-1978),and after the reform and opening up to the outside world(1978-the present).The three periods show the characteristics and internal development logic of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics.Chapter six reflects on the evolution of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics and generalizes the characteristics and principles of the development of economic cooperation in China.Critically absorbing and drawing lessons from Chinese and foreign historical experiences,China's economic cooperation is gradually maturing.The target orientation of economic cooperation is reverting from political preference to economic rationality,its function position is expanded from monism to pluralism,its Interest allocation is from equalitarianism to fairness and efficiency,and the power mechanism is from compulsory to guide and support,and in the gradual development of history,a logical system with the characteristics of Chinese localization and reflecting the general law of economic cooperation has been created.Chapter 7 looks forward to the prospect of economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics in the new era based on previous studies.At present,the development of economic cooperation in China has entered a new historical stage.Various new types of economic cooperation organizations have grown into a new main body of the socialist market economy and have played an important role in building a harmonious socialist society and building a well-off society in an all-round way.To guide and promote the development of economic cooperation,Xi Jinping's thought of socialist economic cooperation with Chinese characteristics in the new era should be the guiding line to promote the top-level design with theoretical innovations,deepen reform,break through institutional constraints,perfect and optimize the external environment of economic cooperation with policies and regulations,and promote the construction of economic cooperation subject by changing ideas.
