The Research On Lenin's New Economic Policy And The Value For The Economic Development Under Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

The new economic policy is the response measures taken by Lenin and the Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik)to resolve the economic and political crisis caused by the "wartime communist policy".It is a comprehensive policy involving the economic,political and cultural development.It embodies Lenin's strategic conception of developing socialism in backward countries.The new economic policy came into being in the special historical period of Soviet Russia and is related to the country The economic development and progress of the family and the implementation of the new economic policy protected the fruits of the Soviet Union's victory,passed through the political and economic crisis at that time,and was regarded as the national salvation policy.Although the implementation time of this policy is relatively short,it has far-reaching influence on the governance of contemporary and modern society.This paper analyzes the emergence and development of Lenin's new economic policy,studies the content and function of the new economic policy,and points out that the new economic policy is based on the actual situation of Russia after the October Revolution and the basic principles of Marxism.Through the implementation of grain tax and agricultural cooperatives,encouraging the development of commodity economy and state capitalism and other measures,it promotes the recovery of national economy,enriches and develops Marxist economic construction theory,and analyzes the reasons for the end of the new economic policy.Although the new economic policy has been implemented for a short time,its implementation process shows that the formulation of economic policy needs to follow the principles of production relations and productivity,appropriate use of market to allocate resources and so on.Finally,based on the actual situation of our country and the requirements of the internal development of socialism,this paper analyzes the Enlightenment of the new economic policy on the construction of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics from its standpoint,viewpoint and method.At the same time,it has important enlightenment on our country's adherence to the basic position of agriculture,the development of non-public economy and the opening up.
