Overall development between construction of the Main function area and integrated transportation is a strategic measure to promote economic and social development more fastly,more healthy and sustainable.the main purpose of divide Main function area is based on the actual situation and advantages of resources and environment in each region,overall planning of industry layout,to avoid intremendous waste of resources and deterioratiory environment for duplication and large backlog of production capacity.This is the needs to build an environment-friendly society and leave the path of harmonious development between people and natural although this is the necessary to co-coordination of economic and social scientific development and sustainable development,this is a important way to transfer mode,adj ust the structure,ensuring quality and advance the economic development trend to a high-end level.The theoretical studies of Western countries provide a wealth of theoretical knowledge for our Strategic measure of planning for implement of main function area,on this basis,our country carry out the main function area combined with the actual situation and achieve desire effection.this breakthrough and development in the practice would greatly enrich our theoretical study on the main functional areas.Theoretically rich will more vigorously promote the development at the practical level in main functional areas.Formation and evolution regulation in interaction and development between theory and practice will make our planning for main functional areas go stabilizing and scientific development road by along with this regulation.After the overall planning for the main functional areas,how to develop the main functions of the each functional areas?How to improve integral economy development in healty and co-ordinated while develop their owe economy,this is a major issue must be faced in the late implement of the main functional area,the article is based on the actual situation of imbalance development of regional economic,in-depth analysis of constrain factors of China's economic and social development,and learn from the experience of other countries in resolve the problem of regional economy development,to analyze the method for resolve the question by the perspective of a integerated the integrated transport.Before 1950s,China has started a study of the integrated transport,although with different angle and thinking,but most still think that most important thing of integrated transport is to achieve multimodal and seamless combine in various modes of transport,fully develop the function of leading and support of transport infrastructure in economic and social development,To the 1990s,China has more mature view that examine the comprehensive transportation and economy form the perspective of the system,and recognizing the importance to promote regional economy development through comprehensive transport regulation,However,the integrated transport have both public resources attributes and its own product attributes,so that different periods with different mechanism of action and impact in economic,particularly in the time of national implementation of the main functional area planning,the mechanism of action of integrated transport is even more complex.How can promote the factors of production in rational flow and achieve rational allocation in resources and coordinate development in regional economic in the new historical context,Obviously,it is become a very important issue that in-depth study of the relationship from a different perspective between the level of the main functional areas and integrated transport system,This is the main purpose of this study.Trying to do some research to explore the relationship between the two.The article is based on research relevant study achievement and collected the information of the research of main functional areas and transportation system,according to the strategic mission and strategic objectives of the main functional area planning,make research on the interaction and mutual influence between the main functional areas and integrated transport development,draw the leaning of the system dynamics,collaborative learning,regional economic theory,and other related theories,starting from the mechanism of mutual influence and mutual feedback,established the model for the economic of integrated transport infrastructure construction and the spatial effect of the regional economic,illustrates the effect of the integrated transport development for the main functional areas,establishment the transportation infrastructure capacity model to illustrates under the constraints of the main functional areas,the feedback of main functional zones for comprehensive transportation,use System dynamics model to analyze the main causal relationship and feedback mechanisms between functional areas and integrated transport,using synergetic theory to analyzed the mechanism of the coordinated development between the two.And give the quantify calculated to the degree of coordination between them.Finally,using Xinjiang as an example,while proving the validity of the theories and models which have been established,given the proposals to main functional areas Construction and integrated transport development in Xinjiang.The main content of this paper:(1)Analysis of the dynamic mechanism of economic development of the main functional areas,trigger the leads mechanism and strengthening mechanism to integrated transport for the main functional areas,reveal the mechanism of comprehensive transportation construction on the main functional areas;using the knowledge of macroeconomic theory,building MANHEIMU economic model to analyze the role in promoting integrated transport infrastructure for the development of the main functional areas;based on Newton's concept of gravity model to build a Gravity Model to illustrates the spatial effect of the comprehensive transportation infrastructure construction for the main functional areas.(2)From the main functional building concept,analyzes the feedback mechanism for development and construction of the main functional areas to integrated transport,on this basis,building the model of the analysis to optimization approach each subject area integrated transport function and principles,to build the main function integrated transport area to maximize total utility computing model and correlation between the two,transportation infrastructure capacity model,the construction of the main functional areas integrated transport feedback on quantitative analysis.(3)the use of system dynamics theory,the build system evaluation
