Study On Mode And Decision-Making Of Integration Of Environmental Protection Equipment Product And Technical Service

As a policy-oriented industry,environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry plays a key role in supporting the development of environmental protection industry.At present,consumers’ attention to the environment has made spending pattern more green and diversified.Diversification of customer demand and fierce international competition make environment protection equipment manufacturing firms transfer from producing product to provide product+service.Service-oriented manufacturing is a kind of industrial model of integration of manufacturing and service.Emerging Technology such as Internet,cloud computing,big data and other ICTs that is changing the traditional industrial mode further promoted the rapid development of service-oriented manufacturing.Environmental protection equipment manufacturing sector that is the outcome of deep integration of environmental protection industry of equipment manufacturing industry is transferring from offering only products to "package" solution.Environmental protection equipment manufacturing firms are facing great challenge of servitization and globalization.Environment protection equipment manufacturing firms would gain not only profit growth point but also competitive advantage through integrating product and service.Therefore,environmental protection equipment product desperately needs to combine and integrate with technical service.Existing literature considered integration of product and service from dimension of product ownership with time,but without space.Change of ownership leads that transaction mode would become diversified.How to choose internal service provider is an important issue while environmental protection equipment manufacturing firm is transforming to servitization.This dissertation studied mode and decision-making of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on ownership,transaction mode and service provider from the angle of firm.The concrete research work in this dissertation is as follows:(1)The research on motivation,mechanism and mode of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service.Motivation and mechanism of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service and mode of integration of product and service from eleven dimensions which include sustainability,service type,product and service proportion,ownership and extension of servitization,income mechanism,extension of integration,service factor analysis,extension of smartness,extension of knowledge,transaction mode,provider subject.(2)The research on the decision-making of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on ownership.The environmental protection equipment product has such characteristics as large scale and high cost.When customers purchase environmental protection equipment product,they may encounter issues of funds high cost of operation and maintenance,and environmental protection equipment manufacturing firms often don’t want to sell products completely.Therefore,this research proposes that the customer and the manufacturing firm have the product ownership according to a certain proportion.A decision-making model for the problem of ownership of environmental protection equipment products by customers and manufacturing firms is established and solved.Build mathematical model for technical service scheduling of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on ownership and utilize improved simulated annealing algorithm to solve the building mathematical model.(3)The research on the decision-making of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on transaction mode.Transaction mode is classified according to the difference of ownership transfer,payment method and transaction volume.According to the classification of three angles,eight transaction modes can be obtained.Aiming at the different weight trading rules,we use simple multi-attribute rating technique with swing weights(SMARTS)to solve the decision-making model.(4)The research on the decision-making of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on provider subject.In the integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service,the decision-making of the provider subject is a very important aspect.Under the circumstance of external service provider and environmental protection equipment manufacturing firm jointly provide technical service,decision-making model of how to allocate technical service to external service provider and environmental protection equipment manufacturing firm is built and solved.Aiming at technical service scheduling problem of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on provider subject,corresponding mathematical model is built and solved by tabu search algorithm.Mode of integration of environmental protection equipment product and technical service based on ownership,transaction mode and provider subject which is proposed in this dissertation could be utilized to analyse that customer purchasing proportion of product ownership choice problem;especially for transaction mode choice problem research gap and research limitation of only qualitative analysis for providing subject choice problem,integration decision-making model of environmental protection equipment product and technical service which is proposed in this dissertation possesses providing theory support for firm’s operations management of product service and consolidate the basis of academic value and theoretical significance of product service operations management of management science,completes the integration theory of aspects of ownership,transaction mode and provider subject of environmental protection equipment product and technical service.
