Research On A Collaborative Product Development Service Mode Based On Order-to-service And The Service Platform

Product is the basis for modern manufacturing enterprise to compete and develop. In order to improve the quality of the new product , reduce the development cost, shorten the time to market and finally win the market, more and more new technologies, new tools and new ideas are utilized to the process of product development . Among them, CPD (Collaborative Product Development) is an effective way for enterprises to enhance their product competitive abilities.The process of product development is a complex one in which the development work-flow, the coordination development way, the organization method of development teams, the management of product data documents must be considered totally. Additionally, the character of product development tends gradually to multi-discipline team, the isomerous computer environment, diverse development schemes, and dynamic development process. In view of these conditions, we propose a kind of a collaborative product development service mode based on order-to-service which rises from the rent-service-way of ASP(Application Service Provider). We also provide the demand- analysis service and the plan-choosing service for the enterprise-alliances and provide the management-technology-integration services and the assessment and optimization services for development process, in order to enhance the product development efficiency and the development quality for the enterprise-alliances, save the development cost and shorten the time to market.In order to implement this kind of collaborative product development based on order-to-service pattern, this thesis conducts the researches to key technologies, including exploit general influence factors on different kinds of product development process, analyzing the influence factors and calculating their influence extent, giving various enterprise-alliances collaborative product development schemes and collaborative level suggestions. The thesis also devotes to establishing a kind of appraisal system based on many kinds of algorithms which makes assessment from the aspects of organization form, management, technology, the partners of the enterprise and so on, discovers the bottleneck factors influencing the produce development, in order to make the improvement and the optimization.
