The sharing economy has been widely recognized as one of the new drivers of China's economy development.In recent years,China's sharing economy has developed rapidly,and a large number of sharing platform enterprises have risen rapidly.However,at present,the profitability of various types of sharing economy platform enterprises in China is generally poor.The main reasons are as follows:on the one hand,the excessive consumption of corporate profits due to continuous market competition;on the other hand,there is insufficient research on enterprise value creation and sustainable development for the platform enterprises,which can not fully exert the competitive advantage of the sharing economy.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the value creation and operation management of the sharing economy platforms."Car sharing"as one of the most notable field in the tide of sharing economy has developed rapidly in recent years,and its markets and industry development has been relatively mature.The value creation and specific operation strategy of the car sharing platform enterprises will play a certain demonstration and leading role for the whole sharing economy industry.Therefore,we choose the car sharing platform enterprise as the research object in this paper,conducting the exploratory research on the value creation,sustainable growth and development strategy of the car sharing platform.based on the value network and system dynamics theory.The main research content are as follows:(1)On the basis of the enterprise value creation theory,combining the organizational structure and operation mode of the car sharing platform,the value network of the car sharing platform is constructed.The internal structure and formation mechanism,as well as the value creation and growth mechanism of the car sharing platfonm value network are also discussed and elaborated.(2)Based on the value network of the car sharing platform,the corresponding system dynamics model is constructed from the perspective of system integration,and then the relationships between the subsystems in the value creation system of the platform are also analyzed.Through the simulation of the system dynamics model,it observe the dynamic growth process of the platform with the impact mechanism of relevant key factors on the overall system behavior,and further explore the sustainable growth path and development strategy of the car sharing platform enterprise.(3)On the basis of the research on the value creation and growth path analysis of the value network system of the car sharing platform,the corresponding development strategy recommendations are proposed for the two different stages of platform development.In the early stage of market development,targeted market development and promotion strategies are proposed through the feature recognition analysis of the car sharing market conditions.As to the growth stage after successfully occupied the market entrance,some reference operational strategies and recommendations are also put forward for the platform enterprises to continuously establish core competitiveness in the growth and development stage from the perspectives of improvement and expansion of the platform's own value network and the cultivation of the platform's own capabilities in order to achieve sustainable development.The research results shows that:The car sharing platform actually builds a user-centered value network to complete the entire value creation process under the combination of many market participants,and realizes its value growth by continuously expanding and reshaping its original value network;The strategic focus of the platform at each stage of development will be clearly changed,and some parameter of the value network system such as the promotion strength of the initial stage,the concept of sustainable consumption,and the policy support will significantly impact the whole development trends of the car sharing platform;The cornditions of car sharing market in different cities in China are quite different.Platform enterprises should formulate corresponding market expansion strategies according to the actual conditions of each city to realize the scale of users;Sharing platform as the organizer and leader of the value network,should always adhere to the management idea of"customer as the center"to constantly improve and extend the platform value net,and strengthen self-construction to enhance competitive edge so as to realize sustainable development.This research has certain research reference value and practical application value both in the selection of analytical methods and in the analysis of specific empirical results.
