The Historical Process And Basic Experience Of China's Socialist Economic Construction

This paper takes the historical process of economic construction since the founding of New China as the research object,adopts the research idea of "reviewing history-summing up experience",systematically studies the development process of socialist economic construction in China,explores the basic experience of socialist economic construction,and finds out the regular understanding from it.The founding of New China is the historical prerequisite for China's economic construction.The realization of this historical premise is not "one battle after one's own success",but the Chinese nation,under the pressure of imperialism,feudalism and bureaucratic capitalism,has gone through 14 years of anti-Japanese war and three years of civil war,and has been established arduously and painstakingly under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.After the founding of New China,China began to explore socialist economic construction in the face of complex situations and arduous tasks.The 70-year exploration process is divided into three stages according to the position of economic construction in the whole work.The first stage is from the founding of New China to the pre-reform and opening-up period.China's economic construction has undergone a process of transformation,from a variety of economic components in the early days of the founding of New China and the way in which various economic entities participated in economic construction to a highly centralized and organized mode of production.The second stage is from the beginning of reform and opening up to the turn of the century.This is the stage of large-scale economic construction under the historical background of reform and opening up.In this stage,by reforming the economic system,greatly liberating and developing the productive forces,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the people,the planned economy system,which was highly centralized in the past,was transformed into the socialist market economy system,gradually showing the role of the market in economic construction.The third stage is the stage of China's economic construction since the new century.China's market-oriented reform has gradually increased from the simple reform of the economic system to the overall transformation of the economy and society,and the trend of coordinated economic and social development has become increasinglyprominent.While making remarkable achievements in economic development,economic construction has entered a new stage of development.Through systematic investigation and Reflection on the historical process of socialist economic construction,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,respect the initiative and creativity of the people.The masses are not only the main body of social development,but also the creator and possessor of social wealth.Only by enabling the workers who create wealth to enjoy wealth and maximizing the initiative and creativity of the people can we continuously promote the development of productive forces and create more wealth.Second,give full play to the comprehensive advantages of China's basic national conditions.The comprehensive advantages of our country are embodied in the experience of both positive and negative aspects in correctly recognizing our national conditions throughout the Party and the whole country,the need to give full play to the scale effect in economic construction and the superiority of concentrating on major tasks in the socialist economy.Third,the multi-ownership structure is the foundation of socialist economic construction.On the basis of a correct understanding of the Marxist theory of ownership,China has further realized the diversification of forms of public ownership,developed a variety of ownership structures,and constantly improved the legal system to provide continuous guarantee for the diversification of ownership in China.Fourthly,the reform suited to the national conditions is the direct driving force to promote China's economic development.Under the action of the basic social contradiction movement,reform has become the inevitable result of the contradiction movement.The motive force of China's reform lies in the fact that it can release dividends,while the stability of the reform lies in the way of gradual reform.Fifth,opening to the outside world is a necessary condition for China's economic construction.This conditionality is embodied in the fact that opening up to the outside world is the proper meaning of scientific socialism.In practice,it promotes the deepening of reform.Closing up is tantamount to self-destruction.Sixth,the correct leadership of the Party in economic work is the fundamental guarantee for the smooth progress of economic construction.It can give full play to the advantages of democratic centralism,ensure that economic work is in the central position,andconstantly improve the style of economic work.The six basic experiences of China's economic construction summarized in this paper are an interrelated organic whole.People's subjective initiative and creativity are the basic factors of economic construction.On this basis,we should give full play to the advantages of large-scale labor force,perfect industrial system and huge market volume,so as to achieve economic development and improvement of construction level.In this process,the main body of workers experienced the process of decentralization in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic to a high degree of institutionalization,organization,and then gradually to the independent process of giving full play to their initiative.At the same time,along with the continuous improvement of ownership,through the diversification of ownership forms,workers are given a sense of gain to the maximum extent,so as to further promote the release and development of productive forces.At the macro level,the two basic national policies of reform and opening-up will interact positively,so as to realize reform,promote opening-up and promote reform,and jointly promote the development and progress of China's economy.Of course,the above experience can not be brought into full play without the unified leadership of the Party over the country,the unified leadership of the Party over economic work and the top-level design in all aspects.This is not only the fundamental guarantee for realizing the goal of socialist modernization in the past and at present,but also the fundamental guarantee for realizing the Chinese dream through long-term struggle.
