With the continuous development of China's space industry and the rising of commercial launch market,the commercial launch service of launch vehicle has a good development prospect.On the basis of one after another breakthrough made by the launch vehicle technology in China,the competitiveness of participating commercial launches has been continuously enhanced.However,in the face of the commercial launch service market,the existing pricing system is difficult to meet the market competition.Fast,convenient and low-cost commercial launch service has become the primary target for the current market.Therefore,on the basis of studying the process of cost formation of launch vehicle in China,this paper studies the pricing strategy of commercial launch service of our launch vehicle based on the "Space Shared Launch" as the main research object.It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the competitive advantage of our launch vehicle in the commercial launch service market.Based on the research background of the commercial launching service mode of "Space Shared Launch",this paper extracts the five key issues to be solved in the competitive pricing strategy design by combing the actuality of the commercial launch service in China.Aiming at these five problems,we use scientific and reasonable theoretical methods to investigate in a deep and systematic way,and design the corresponding pricing strategy and evaluation system,which provides a reference for our launch vehicle to win competitive advantage in the market.(1)Aiming at the main task selection of the “Space Shared Launch” commercial launching service,we consider the multi-attribute decision making of technical expectation and commercial expectation.Based on the index value of the cloud model and combing with the prospect theory,the optimization model of the program is built,thus providing a master task decision method.(2)Aiming at the problems of carrying mission selection of "Space Shared Launch",combining the problem of element influence scheme sorting in fuzzy elements,we propose a hesitating fuzzy pick-up task selection method based on symbolic distance,and provide a preferred method for “Space Shared Launch” carry options that has completely unknown attribute weights.(3)Aiming at the influential factors of pricing model of commercial launch service of "Space Shared Launch",this paper uses fuzzy cognitive map to reason and analyze all the influencing factors and calculates the related degree by gray relation,and puts forward the main influential factors that affect the launch pricing of Launch Vehicle.Relevant management suggestions are also given.(4)Aiming at the pricing strategy of "Space Shared Launch" commercial launch service,the paper proposes a two-part linear pricing model about the Space Shared Launch and establishes a model based on a cost-plus pricing system dynamics model.Finally,the pricing strategy of the "Space Shared Launch" and the conditions to profitable are obtained.(5)Aiming at the optimization of the pricing cost of "Space Shared Launch" commercial launching service,the gray GERT network is used to analyze the launch process of a specific launch vehicle and to optimize the cost of the process task decomposition.This paper establishes a joint optimization model of time,cost and reliability based on customer satisfaction so as to optimize the launching project of the launch vehicle.
