Improve Quality Management In Vehicle Building Program Launch

In China, modern automobile manufacturing is entering to a fully competitive age. A furious contest develops among manufacturers from every country for the share of market. How to get customers’ attention is the most direct question. Then what is customers’ chief concern and factor manufacturers most focus on, in all auto product characteristics. There’s no doubt that is quality. In fact, as contrasted with any product, quality is always the first competitiveness, and improving quality is the only way to get customer’s identity. As for the quality of vehicle building program launch,now more and more attention by domestic automobile,only to high-quality complete the vehicle building program launch,to quickly seize market opportunities in the new market.This paper introduced the basic theories of launch quality management and current situation of quality management in program launch. What’s more, the quality risk in program launch of vehicle manufacture can be reduced by research and application in the quality manage tools such as "Benchmarking Management","Stage-gate Process ","FMEA Tools","Change Control Point Quality Management". This thesis aims at improving the quality in program launch of vehicle manufacture by the study and exercise in quality control method and tools as well as production management tools.
