With the implementation of the national strategy of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects and the continuous development of comprehensive national strength in China,especially the "One Belt and One Road" initiative has entered a comprehensive advancement stage,There will be more and more megaprojects.As the main megaproject completer,The megaproject team confronted the complex and changeable engineering environment.Some teams could successfully complete their tasks and some suffered setbacks or even failed.Learning from the immunity is used to explain the principle of the human body's ability to deal with disease intrusion.Therefore,whether we can build an effective immune system to improve the adaptability in a complex engineering environment and ultimately achieve the healthy operation for the megaproject teams.Based on this,this article conducts in-depth research on the megaproject team immune system,mainly including the following:First of all,based on the existing megaproject team management theory,the traditional chinese medicine,immune theory and combined with system science,organization science.This paper defined the concepts of megaproject team,the five elements of megaproject team,the megaproject team antigen and antibody,megaproject team immune system and made a systematic exposition.Secondly,the megaproject team antigen is the main object of megaproject team immune system.This paper analyzed the evolution elements of megaproject team antigen and the interrelationships between the various elements.Then this paper analyzed the evolution mechanism of the megaproject team antigen.The evolution process of the megaproject team antigen is divided into four stages:incubating,budding,outbreak and exacerbation stages,the characteristics of each stage are analyzed in depth.A preliminary immunization strategy is proposed.Thirdly,based on the concept of "the prevention of the disease happening" in traditional chinese medicine for the incubating,budding and outbreak stages of the megaproject team antigen.This paper proposed the megaproject team innate immunity and divided into three levels:1)"the prevention of the disease developing" for the incubating stage including "the harmony between nature and man" and the life nourishing by "keep healthy trends";2)"the prevention of the disease happening" for the cubating stage covering the diagnostic methods of "four consultations" and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;3)"the prevention of disease getting worse" for the break stage using the SIR model to explore the spread mechanism and the related immune control measures of the antigen.Finally,using the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge team to verify the megaproject team innate immunity model.Then,aimed to the exacerbation period of the megaproject team antigen,the megaproject team adaptive immunity was constructed,The megaproject team is a knowledge aggregation constituted by the various project stakeholders through certain rules.The megaproject team adaptive immunity can be seen as a process of the continuous knowledge learning and memory to eventually solve the project problems,and then divided into three stages:immune recognition,immune response and immune memory.The immune recognition obtain significant characteristics of the megaproject team antigen and produce the preliminary response antibodies,the optimal antibody was selected through the continuous selection and evolution of existing antibodies in the process of megaproject team immune response.The megaproject team immune memory was an summary of the immune recognition and immune response which play an important role in improving the immune response to similar or identical antigens.Finally,using the investment and financing decision of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge to verify the megaproject team adaptive immunity model.Finally,the immune system could get the greatest function and effect when the innate and adaptive immunity keep balance,and then achieve the healthy and sustainable operation.Therefore this paper used the coordinated development degree model to construct an evaluation system for the megaproject team immune system.In this study,the health index of the innate and adaptive immunity,the immune system and the coordination development could be obtained.Simultaneously the standard and dynamic evaluation method was established.Then we use this method to evaluated the immune system of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao bridge team,the suggestions and improvement measures are put forward according to the results of the evaluation.In order to meet the new requirements of the current megaproject management,this paper abstracts the problem of how the megaproject team adapts to the engineering environment.we propose the concept of the megaproject team immune system after fully demonstrating the applicability and necessity of disciplinary fusion,and then makes progressive exploration to the constitution of the megaproject team immune system,immune object,the immune operating mechanism and health evaluation.this paper developes a new vision for the megaproject management and has great significance whether in theory or in practice.
