Study On Determination Methods Of Ideal Level Of Management Innovation Solution Based On TRIZ

It is universally acknowledged that TRIZ is an effective method system for the technological invention problems solving in the field of engineering technology.Researches on applying TRIZ in management innovation problem and developing innovative approaches are prominent area of management innovation study.TRIZ and correlation theories are adopted in ideal level determination for management innovation solution.Based on the previous researches of management innovation method proposed by many researchers,especially on constructing the management parameters,conflict resolution matrix and screening the principle solution,TRIZ is applied to another key purpose of management innovation--ideal level determination for management innovation solution.Ideal level determination method of management innovation solution is an extension and in-depth study of management innovation method.As the end phase for resolving the management conflict,it is responsible for evaluating the ideal level of solutions and determining the best scenario in management performance improvement after obtaining general solutions or being transformed into specific solution by the conflict resolution tools such as management parameters,conflict resolution matrix,etc.Conceptually,the ideal solution of management innovation is evolved from the ideal solution in TRIZ.The evaluation and implementation model of former one is modified according to the various features of engineering technology system and management object system.First of all,managerial problem ideal level determination method combined expert evaluation system and functional analysis approach which is based on TRIZ.In this study,quotient formulas and type evaluation formulas which are different to traditional TRIZ formulas are proposed.Secondly,according to the features of management innovation solution,solutions are classified into four categories,viz.,direct quantifiable solution,indirect quantifiable solution,positive variation index and negative variation index.And then the index estimation research of ideal management solution was carried out.Evaluation processes of management innovation are applied on them,respectively.Finally,the main research issue in the estimation process of ideal management solution was discussed.Selective method of ideal evaluation index,concept of ideal target is proposed and the discriminated for the benchmark of ideal solution.This study combines theoretical research and practical research approaches.Theoretical research approaches are used to evaluate ideal solution evaluation process.After that,it is correlated with the enterprise management innovation practices.Case analysis results of local management innovation and systematic innovation are used to validate practicability and responsibility.In additional,because of the fuzziness of management innovation problem,the stage of organization evolution process is changing and not balance,quantitative decision and qualitative analysis should be considered simultaneously for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Research achievements include the following contents:(1)Selective method of ideal evaluation index aimed at the management innovation problem and case studies are proposed.The conflict resolution matrix is applied for de-conflicting first and then the behaviors of enterprise competitiveness that caused by several solutions are analyzed.(2)The concept of ideal target is proposed for the evaluation criterion of management ideal solution.Since the stage of organization evolution process is changing and not balance,the enterprise which are in different stages market environment and developing phases will approach different ideal targets.This study analyzes the main ideal targets types.(3)The quantitative description and qualitative analysis are carried on for the evaluation process of management ideal solution.The quantitative description for ideal level is applied for the fuzzy assessment method of expert opinions.Management solution radar map is adopted for the qualitative analysis under the environment of enterprise.
