This paper begins from Taylor's scientific management and Mayo's huosangexperiment. And the research of the American management theory tells us that wemust grasp Taylor's scientific management and the interpersonal relation theory inorder to understand the American management theory.The two theories have different effects on the American management theory andpractice. However, obviously, the contribution of the American management theorycan't be neglected and the interpersonal relation theory offers a kind of social ideal.The two theories are supplementary, which is the base of American management. Ifwe destroyed either, the American management theory won't be rational.Any culture has limit, so does the American culture. Though American had theAmerican culture of the vitality to stir up Taylor's science management very much.Only until the outside of American's eye, the Japanese culture just influenced themanagement field of the United States quietly.All above certainly explains that, at the age of economic globalization here, not onlythe merchandise is globalized, but also the management thought and method. Or wecan say, if we don't have global visual field to the theories and method of management,we can't build a theory of management that has a very forerunner and practice system.And, in the theory and practice of the management system, we should include theattention to ideal and thought to argue, and then have to have a reality and be easy tothe part of the operation.This text hopes to be useful to our country. We can't pay attention to the managementthought of the United State only, and should also with the open visual field to studymanagement experience of a little bit other nations, and pay attention to with the ourcountry of the actual circumstance combine together to urge according to theindependent innovation of the basic state of the nation.The creative points in this paper are as follows:Firstly, this text then tests two lines to set out to clarify standpoint.Secondly, this paper uses the words "Gaugeable Rationality" to describe the ScientificManagement, and which contains the whole management aspects of America.Thirdly, this paper uses "idea "to express the interpersonal relation theoryFourthly, this papers talks about the relation between the science management andinterpersonal relation theory.
