| Since the 1960 s,with the increasingly close economic exchanges between countries,in order to promote the expansion of trade between countries,different countries(regions)have signed free trade agreements aimed at reducing tariffs,non-tariff barriers,reducing trade costs,and promoting bilateral and multilateral trade.Eement,FTA).After the 21 st century,with the formation of the global value chain characterized by the division of production and the dissatisfaction of some developed countries and regions with the existing negotiation results of WTO,all countries strengthen their relations with their own countries(regions)and major trading partners(regions)by establishing bilateral or multilateral FTAs on the basis of WTO.Economic and trade ties.The economic cooperation established by East Asian countries is relatively slow.Although some countries have signed economic and trade cooperation agreements,no effective multilateral cooperation mechanism has been established.Since the study of China-ROK FTA was launched by the two leaders in 2004,China and ROK have gone through 14 rounds of bilateral negotiations in the past 12 years.Finally,on December 20,2015,the China-ROK Free Trade Agreement(hereinafter referred to as China-ROK FTA)came into force and was formally implemented on January 1,2016.First of all,the signing of China-ROK FTA will inevitably have an impact on bilateral trade between China and ROK.Second,the China-ROK FTA signed at present will inevitably face further deepening in the future.Finally,China-ROK FTA will inevitably produce a demonstration work on the "China-Japan-ROK Free Trade Agreement"(hereinafter referred to as China-Japan-ROK FTA)under negotiation.It may even promote the process of a series of free trade agreements that China is negotiating or will be negotiating in the near future,such as the FTA between China,Japan and South Korea,the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement between China and ASEAN(10+1),and the possible China-Japan-South Korea and ASEAN(10+3)free trade agreement.Then,what are the new features of the bilateral free trade agreement between China and South Korea,what impact the bilateral free trade agreement between China and South Korea will have on bilateral trade between China and South Korea,how the FTA between China and South Korea will be further deepened in the future,and what impact the FTA between China and South Korea will have on the FTA between China,Japan and South Korea under negotiation? This problem needs to be explored theoretically.Based on the above analysis,this paper takes the trade effect of China-South Korea FTA as the breakthrough point to study the issues related to the free trade agreement signed by China,and analyzes the future development of China-South Korea FTA and the possible impact of China-South Korea FTA on China-Japan-South Korea FTA.Excluding the introduction,this article mainly includes the following parts.Chapter 1 is literature review.This paper briefly reviews the relevant literatures on FTA in China and Korea.Chapter 2 is the research on the current situation of Sino-Korean trade development,mainly in the two aspects of trade in goods and services,analyzes the changes of Sino-Korean bilateral trade and the existence of bilateral trade in terms of the commodity structure of Sino-Korean bilateral trade,Sino-Korean bilateral trade intensity index,Sino-Korean bilateral trade competitiveness and Sino-Korean bilateral trade model.Complementarity was analyzed.The third chapter,the development course and main content of China-South Korea FTA,mainly analyzes the development course,main content and practical significance of China-South Korea FTA.Chapter 4 is the theoretical analysis of China-South Korea FTA.It mainly analyzes the relevant theories of FTA in the field of international trade,and provides theoretical support for the following empirical study of the impact of China-South Korea FTA on Sino-South Korea bilateral trade.Chapter 5 is Empirical study on the impact of China-South Korea FTA on Sino-South Korea bilateral trade.Under the hypothesis of relevant theories,the paper mainly uses trade gravity model,double difference model(DID)and Balassa model to study the impact of China-South Korea FTA on Sino-South Korea bilateral trade.Chapter 6 is the future development and Countermeasures of China South Korea FTA and Its Enlightenment to China,Japan and South Korea FTA.This chapter mainly divides into two parts,the first section is the Countermeasures for the future development of China-South Korea FTA,mainly based on the current international signature of FTA and the main content of China-South Korea FTA,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to further improve China-South Korea FTA;the second section is the Enlightenment of China-South Korea FTA to China-Japan-South Korea FTA,mainly based on the negotiation process of China-South Korea FTA.And the main content,to further accelerate the pace of FTA negotiations between China,Japan and South Korea,put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions. |
