An Empirical Study On The Influence Of FTA On Trade Between China And Korea

On the basis of defining the existing FTA framework of China and Korea and combining various trade theories,we build a bilateral trade analysis system between China and South Korea.On this basis,using the gravitational model,the theoretical system of the analysis can be transformed into an empirical test,and the impact of Sino Korean FTA on both sides of trade is evaluated,and the corresponding measures are put forward.Suggestions.Through the analysis of the connotation of the concept of FTA,the inherent characteristics of FTA in China and South Korea are clearly defined,and the trade effects can be analyzed from the perspective of trade creation and trade transfer.At the same time,from the point of view of the traditional trade theory,such as factor endowment,comparative advantage,and other modern trade theories,such as intra industry trade and scale economy,we can build the theoretical basis of the analysis.The analysis of Ding Bogen's gravitational model,which is to be used,can be described from the perspectives of its hypothesis and model construction,and the applicability of its impact on the trade between the two countries after the FTA agreement between China and South Korea is summarized.Ding Bogen's gravitational model,referring to Newton's universal gravitational equation,takes the trade scale of the two countries as a dependent variable,and takes the product of the economic total of the two countries as a molecule,and takes the geographical space distance between the two countries as the denominator,and sums the trade between the two countries to the mutual attraction of the economy.According to the gravitational model,the gravitational equation is constructed to analyze the influence of the factors of the population,the demand,the exchange rate and the effective factors of the free trade zone expressed by virtual variables on the main products trade between China and Korea after the FTA protocol,which is required to be analyzed,has the same changing trend.The actual impact of the Trade Zone on economic and trade relations between China and South Korea after the completion of the FTA is analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries are put forward around the key industries in Korea and the main products of China Korea trade.
