In the future market environment,the competition exists not only among enterprises,but also among the supply chains of different brands in the same industry with the opening of the market and the defining of the division of work.Therefore,the modern managers realize that if they want to reflect the ultimate strength of the enterprise,the main way is to improve the profits of the whole supply chain Therefore,it is very important to solve the problems of the supply chain itself.One of the bullwhip effect which is a common phenomenon in the supply chain.It results fro m the distort of the demand information and hinders the formation of a seamless suppl y chain.Its existence has seriously affected the efficiency and competitiveness of the s upply chain,so company deviated from the original goals and quantities of the production,increased costs and reduced the expected supply chain operating benchmarks.Secondly,because the management theory of supply chain has not yet been fully formed,many doubts and difficulties need to be found and resolved in the actual management,such as the supply chains among different industries,what are the main influencing factors and how to make the supply chain distribution coordination,service level and information sharing affect the overall profit and bullwhip effect of the supply chain.In this dissertation we start with a multi-modal inventory control strategy and construct a supply chain model with two retailers.Combining with the nonlinear complex dynamical system,we contrast and analyze the bullwhip effect under various inventory strategies in order to weaken and eliminate negative impact,identify the main factors that affect the overall profit of the supply chain,and improve the integration and competitiveness of the entire supply chain.It provides a certain theoretical basis and reference significance for enterprise management.The main innovations and conclusions are as follows:1.The dissertation introduces the basic concept,the function and classification of the bullwhip effect and the stock management.Based on second-order supply chain model,and considered the market competition between two retailers,the text compares and analyzes the optimal mode under the five stock replenishment strategy modes.2.By using the theory and method of nonlinear dynamic system,applying the Cournot-Bertrand mixed game model,establishes dynamic game system of price and output,making the best prices and sales.Analyzed the retailer game system is between about the price and yield?with non linear characteristics,and when the system parameters changes,the influence of the bullwhip effect and the stock volatility.3.The main factor of introducing retailer's service level is to study a modified game model of price demand on the basis of stochastic demand and retailer service level influenced by market demand determined by consumer performance.It explores how the speed of price adjustment in the model affects the stability of the supply chain system,and using the numerical simulation method to simulate the dynamic behavior of the system,describes the system stability and bifurcation.
