Direct Chain Enterprise(DCE)is a direct management of the production, allocation, supply and sales of products. It implements unified management of its chain stores in terms of people, finance and materials. The catering, home textile, furniture, home appliances, pharmaceutical circulation, clothing and other industries will operate the direct chain as an important way for the development of the industry. With many international DCE companies entering the Chinese market, the direct chain mode has violently impacted the traditional circulation field. The fierce market competition that led to the problem of production allocation and supply strategy has always been a key issue affecting the survival of DCEs.The existing theoretical research literature on DCEs focuses on marketing and mode management. However, very few theoretical researches on the production and allocation of DCEs are available focusing on supply chain research, which is not suitable for solving the production allocation and supply problems of DCEs.Therefore, how to solve the problem of production allocation and supply of DCEs' s repetitive supply products is a topic of great theoretical and practical value.Based on the idea and method of expected mean loss, expected mean robust loss,CVaR loss and CVaR robust loss, four models based on expected loss,CVaR criterion, expected mean robustness and CVaR robustness are established for DCEs product allocation and supply according to the product allocation decision problem of DCEs.The optimal decision strategy and algorithm problem for production allocation andsupply are derived, and the general equivalence theorem of the model is proved. The effectiveness of the model is numerically analyzed and compared through a practical case. The following four aspects of the results are obtained.i)A single-cycle expected mean model with production allocation and supply strategy of DCEs is established. The analytical properties and solving algorithm of the model are obtained, and the model is numerically analyzed, including the sensitivity analysis of parameters.ii)A single-cycle CVaR model with production allocation and supply strategy of DCEs is established. The analytical properties and solving algorithm of the model are obtained, and the model is numerically analyzed, including the sensitivity analysis of parameters and the comparative analysis with the expected mean model.iii)A single-cycle expected mean robust model with production allocation and supply strategy of DCEs is established. The equivalence property is proved and the solution method is obtained, the model is numerically analyzed, including the sensitivity analysis of parameters and the comparative analysis with the expected mean model.iv)A single-cycle CVaR robust model with production allocation and supply strategy of DCEs is established. The equivalence property is proved and the solution method is obtained. The model is numerically analyzed, including the sensitivity analysis of parameters and the comparative analysis among the expected mean model,CVaR model and expected mean robust model. This study systematically establishes the theory and method of single-cycle expected mean model,CVaR model, expected mean robust model and CVaR robust model for production allocation and supply of DCEs.By numerically analyzing these models,we can determine the optimal strategy of single-cycle production allocation and supply, improve the production allocation and supply strategy level of DCEs,and provide the decision-making of production allocation and supply for DCEs.In practice, this strategy provides the determination of the total production and the allocation of DCE single-cycle products in industries such as food,FMCG,and perishable products, and also provides a way to circumvent the risk of oversupply or shortage of products from all DCE stores. It has important theoretical value and practical significance in guiding the production and operation of DCEs.
