Facing the strong population pressure,the important position of agriculture is increasingly prominent,Agriculture is not only the weak industry but also the primary industry of our country.The development of agricultural economy draws the government's attention facing the strong population pressure and the importance of agriculture status.As the main carrier of agricultural economy,agricultural enterprises play an important role in the development of agricultural economy.Most of them start from small scale among a large number of agricultural enterprises in China.The government has put forward the order that leading agricultural enterprises should lead the overall development of agricultural enterprises.,leading agricultural enterprises also have the dilemma of insufficient sustainable development ability and unsatisfactory performance output In the management process.It has become an important topic whether an effective method can be sought to enable agricultural enterprises to effectively recognize and evaluate their current operation ability and future sustainable development ability,and pay more attention to future sustainable development while focusing on current performance output.Through organizing a large number of literatures and the field investigations of some agricultural enterprises,this researcher tries to introduce the concept of organizational effectiveness into the research on the agricultural enterprises management.The research on organizational effectiveness will break the deadlock caused by the one-sidedness and locality of the research on enterprise performance and efficiency,and bring new vitality to the research on enterprise management.Organizational effectiveness refers to the ability of an organization to achieve its goals or the degree to which it can achieve its goals.It evaluates an enterprise from both quantitative output and qualitative ability.Organizational effectiveness is an important topic in the research of organizational theory and enterprise management.To evaluate the organizational effectiveness of agricultural enterprises and promote their steady growth exactly meets the requirements of the agricultural enterprise transformation of from the guidance of performance increase to the quality of enterprise capacity improvement,so it is urgent to study the evaluation of organizational effectiveness of agricultural enterprises.Based on the researches,the author seeks for a scientific method and index system to evaluate the organizational effectiveness of agricultural enterprises.This paper tries to provide some reasonable suggestions for the agricultural enterprise transformation from focusing on performance output to organizational development ability.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and investigating 37 agricultural enterprises in the field,this paper sorted out the literatures from the practical background and theoretical background.Starting from the organizational efficiency theory,enterprise growth theory and conservatism theory,this paper conducted a detailed analysis of the operation system of agricultural enterprises.It is found that the current evaluation methods used by agricultural enterprises mainly focus on three evaluation methods: enterprise performance evaluation,operation efficiency evaluation and operation status evaluation.These evaluation methods are all based on the static research perspective,and agricultural enterprises urgently need to seek a new dynamic evaluation system that can integrate economic output and capacity evaluation.The dynamic performance is reflected in two aspects: first,the internal operation mechanism of enterprises is dynamically linked;second,enterprises will grow dynamically with time.Dynamic evaluation can enable enterprises to find their own shortcomings and shortcomings through evaluation,and promote the steady growth of enterprises through timely improvement.The study of organizational effectiveness will explore the performance and ability of enterprises,opening a new perspective of agricultural enterprise management research.Due to the current research methods on the organizational effectiveness of agricultural enterprises,complete information has not been collected in the database.Based on the research results of other industries,this paper determines the purpose of theoretical research in this paper: on the one hand,the relationship between organizational effectiveness and enterprise growth is used as a theoretical explanation to promote the steady growth of enterprises;on the other hand,a new perspective is explored for the study of organizational effectiveness and the gap in the field of agricultural enterprise research is filled.On-the-spot investigation of the 37 agricultural enterprises in the identification and confirmation again affect organizational effectiveness index,by using system dynamics theory and method,to the agricultural enterprise organizational effectiveness of cause and effect relationship between influence factors analysis and judgement,draw the factors that affect organizational effectiveness of causality diagram,construct the dynamic evaluation model of agricultural enterprise organizational effectiveness.By empirical research for the construction of the organizational effectiveness of dynamic model simulation,the analysis of enterprise survey data and filter after chose a in the livestock breeding and processing enterprises as the research background,case HY group is a representative of the typical characteristics of agricultural enterprises,business data,through input using vensim software running simulation results are obtained.Sensitivity and sensitivity analysis of the model,from two aspects,on the one hand,is the study of organizational effectiveness of five factors in changes,changes of three groups of investment proportion of the enterprise data comparative analysis,in the second node at the same time,the other four factors in the same circumstances,the single change a certain factor inputs,increase or decrease a subsystem investment were analyzed.Through the sensitivity test of the system,the validity and applicability of the model are determined.This paper hopes to bring new ideas and new methods to the management of agricultural enterprises and provide some Suggestions for the steady growth of agricultural enterprises.The results of the study are summarized as follows:First,the paper analyzes the performance of agricultural enterprises and the characteristics of their operation,and puts forward the viewpoint that the steady development of agricultural enterprises can be measured by the organizational efficiency of agricultural enterprises.Second,through the analysis of organizational elements and business management of agricultural enterprises,the operation of agricultural enterprises is divided into five subsystems,namely,sales subsystem,operation scale subsystem,resource subsystem,technology innovation subsystem and business management subsystem.The impact factors of the organizational effectiveness of agricultural enterprises scattered in these subsystems are identified.On the basis of the influencing factor decomposition,the index system that affects the organizational effectiveness of agricultural enterprises is determined from organizational performance and organizational capacity.The index system consists of eight first-level indicators,among which three performance indicators and five ability indicators are included.Third,using the principle method of system dynamics,the causal relationship between the indicators that affect organizational effectiveness is analyzed,and the causal relationship diagram of the factors that affect organizational effectiveness is constructed.On the basis of causal relationship analysis,the flow level and rate analysis is carried out through the flow level tree model,and the overall flow diagram model of the organizational efficiency system of agricultural enterprises,namely the dynamic model diagram of organizational efficiency system is constructed.Fourth,a representative agricultural leading enterprises to simulation of system flow chart is chosen to confirmed that the enterprise scale,market share,new disposable resources,technology innovation ability,strategic planning ability,organization operation ability,management capacity and enterprise management,ability all affect organizational effectiveness,Also it is found that under the condition of the enterprise inventory changes,the five kinds of ability will ensue,it can be found in advance their change trend,using delayed onset of performance by system simulation,enterprise can find solutions in advance when ability is insufficient for effective agricultural enterprise organizational effectiveness improvement to provide steady development basis.Fifth,based on the simulation analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the evaluation of agricultural enterprise organizational effectiveness.On the basis of paying attention to the stable supply of raw materials in the market,increase the market development fee to support the market share improvement,so as to enlarge the enterprise scale and increase the amount of organizational effectiveness.In the growth process,strong support of organizational ability is needed.Effective strategic planning of enterprises can help them grasp the right direction,provides guidance for development,the organization ability to run the escort for the normal progression,technology innovation ability,enterprise management ability go hand in hand to form the nucleus,managers rely on their own ability to build a harmonious organization atmosphere,the collaborative organization members,these factors jointly promote organizational effectiveness from the aspects of quality and quantity to make the enterprises to grow steadily.
