Abstract/Summary:
We searched for the standard model Higgs boson in events with no identified leptons, large imbalance in transverse momentum and two jets where at least one of the jets contains a secondary vertex from the hadronization of b quarks. We used 1 fb-1 of pp collisions at s = 1.96 TeV recorded by the CDF II experiment at the Tevatron. We found 16 (268) double (single) b tagged candidate events, where 14.8 +/- 2.7 (251 +/- 43) are expected from standard model processes, and placed 95% confidence level upper limits on the Higgs production cross section as a function of the Higgs mass.
