Participants (n = 75) were administered empirically validated surveys to measure levels of moral development and religious commitment and a self-report to determine political orientation. A multiple regression was conducted to examine the relationship among the variables. The study found moral development was not predicted by political orientation and religious commitment. Future research ideas include developing an instrument measuring political orientation and further examining how political orientation and religious commitment interact. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Religious commitment, Political, Moral development | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
