Abstract/Summary:
This was a phenomenological research that employed a case study approach to enlist the lived experiences of 13 participants who worked and who are still working with the research subject since he became a community college president. Their lived experiences were obtained through oral and written interviews. The themes which emerged from participants' firsthand remembered information were compared with servant leadership characteristics in order to determine whether such characteristics were exemplified in the research subject's leadership behavior. The results showed that the research subject possessed servant leadership characteristics.
