Managers' servant leadership has a positive impact on organizational effectiveness and changes in subordinate behavior. Therefore, how to improve managers' service-oriented leadership is a very valuable research topic. This paper aims to explore the role of managers' individual factors in shaping managers' service-oriented leadership behavior.By investigating the leaders of enterprises in Hengyang City,195 valid samples were obtained. After statistical analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: Physiological gender has no direct impact on servant leadership, and there is no significant difference between men and women;managers with different gender roles have significant differences in servant leadership;androgynous individuals have the strongest servant leadership and undifferentiated individuals are the weakest, which indicates that servant leadership is the most suitable for those who are both rigid and flexible;Core self-evaluation has a significant impact on servant leadership and its four dimensions(emotional comfort, social responsibility, altruism and intelligence),and plays a different mediating role between gender roles and servant leadership. To a certain extent, positions have different servant leadership, and senior managers are generally higher, but there is no significant difference in altruism and social responsibility. In addition, servant leadership of managers in administrative positions is generally low.Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the recruitment, promotion and training of managers.Only a few shortcomings of this article are mentioned.
