| The purpose of this study was to compare student satisfaction with qualitative and quantitative courses across three educational delivery methods at a major private university for adult learners. These three delivery methods included online, onground, and a blended delivery of both online and onground. Student satisfaction data were taken from Student End of Course Surveys that were administered to students from January 1, 2003, to December 31, 2003, and included both strategic and nonstrategic indicators. Strategic indicators included questions as to whether or not the student would recommend the institution or the instructor, and the nonstrategic indicators included questions about faculty, curriculum, and educational effectiveness. |
