Abstract/Summary:
This study is going to research in the interaction between economic, political, social structure and corporate governance of China, by Comparative institutional analysis and Contingency theory, systematically and empirically. Here, we supposed that it could make up for the blank of a systematic research on the corporate governance during the shift period of the market economy, by grasping the current state of corporate governance system in the way of the systemic transformation, and clarifying the future directionality of corporate governance mechanism. In addition, in the context of socialism system that is being maintained by Chinese government, analyzing the structure of a corporate organization laterally is not supposed to be sufficient, because the research of the corporate governance of China is necessary to be connected with the research of economic, political, social structure in China. We hope it could be an effective approach for analyzing the various problems of present China.
