Abstract/Summary:
The purpose of this study was to explore the antecedents of technology adoption within the context of very small businesses. This chapter presents the conclusions of the study, limitations, and for further study.; The measures of Perceived Usability (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), and Subjective Norm (SN) were supported as significant antecedents of adoption within the context of this study, Voluntariness and Perceived Behavioral Control were not.; The combination of PU and PEOU was found to yield the most accurate results in the classification analysis. This combination equates to the Technology Acceptance Model.
