Informatization itself is not competitive advantage, if we want to really help enterprises to win and sustain a competitive advantage, we should combine informatization construction and enterprise strategy. in China enterprise, Leaders make decisions that introduced the information technology or information system (IT/IS).Employees are in a passive position in the processing of IT/IS acceptance. The current domestic research about employee individual acceptance of information technology adoption in organization is seldom. So, we concentrate on employee's behaviors of adoption In post-adoption phase.Chinese traditional industries facing update and transformation The adoption of IT/IS, can lower management cost, improve enterprises efficiency, enhance the enterprises competitiveness and promote it's development. Author participated in the GuangXi department of education's project of "GuangXi traditional industry informatization strategic research based on the value chain". Based on preliminary studies, we found OA system is very popular and choose it as research object.Based on the UTAUT we constructed initial research model and designed questionnaire; Choose 200 employees in GangXi traditional industry as our research sample; Finally we used PASW SPSS Statistic 18.0 and LISREL 8.7 software to analysis the received 147 effective questionnaires, Modified the initial model.Finally, according to the analysis and interpretation for the final model, some valuable advices had been given for the enterprise implementation of information system.
