Abstract/Summary:
AgGaSe;A post-growth heat treatment procedure was performed using Ag;In order to better understand the heat-treatment procedure, surface migration and volume diffusion in the Ag;It was theoretically predicted that using Ag;Crystals were grown both with and without melt stirring. The segregation behavior, optical transmittance, the growth rate, and the defect density of these crystals were analyzed. These analyses suggested that applying CVS during growth can enhance the growth rate without significant damage to the optical properties, and that this technique might improve the optical quality of the crystals.
