Acoustic logging tools generally consist of three parts: acoustic transmitting system,acoustic receiving system,and signal processing system.In order to realize the multi-information fusion and reduce the uncertainty of logging interpretation,the large-scale and complex arrays have been developed.As the result of logging operations is almost determined by the effectiveness of the array acoustic sonde,high requirement must be set for the future.Also,the difficulty and complexity of assembly,adjustment and maintenance increases.This paper mainly develops a test system for the acoustic sonde of large-scale array acoustic logging instruments.The testing system supports the debugging and maintenance of acoustic sonde.To support the simulate function,a debugging framework based on a debugging framework with the embedded ARM7+uclinux platform has been put up.The ARM front terminal and the host computer are interconnected by network.Through the PC104 bus structure,the testing function board communicates with the front terminal,which including the signal acquisition,processing module and transmitting module.When debugging the transmitting acoustic sonde,the model of inner receiver is used to simulate the sonde and performs data acquisition,amplification,filtering,and A/D conversion and so on,then uploads the result to the host computer.When debugging receiving the acoustic sonde,the model based on the DDS technology generates a periodic frequency and amplitude-adjustable analog sound field through the power horn,which creats an environment for receiving.Based on VC language,the PC software conbines with the multithreading technology,dynamic link library technology and multi-document window structure.The embedded core board software is based on the u Clinux operating system and the hierarchical structure.Layered design ideas and modular programming techniques make the debugging platform software system highly reliable and scalable.The system designed in this paper can detect the consistency and efficiency of the array acoustic sonde.It has been verified throung debugging the performance of the transducer and the circuit.The study suggests that the test system can quickly and effectively detect the acoustic sonde of the large-scale array acoustic logging instruments,and significantly improve the efficiency of the detection and diagnosis.At the same time,it contributes to the study of well logging and other types of analog signal generator of acoustic logging to some degree.
