Based on the laboratory experiment, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field experiment methods, the mechanism of coal seam high pressure pulsion water infusion preventing coal and gas outburst and application in coal mine are studied based on previous research foundation, the law of gas and water flow with the change of unixial compression, pore pressure are studied respectively in laboratory experiments. The permeability coefficient evolution model during the whole process of unixial compression is established. The dynamic liquid-solid coupling of stress and flow field during coal seam high pressure pulsion water infusion is simulated using ABAQUS software, the law of different parameters of high pressure pulsion water infusion to the stress and permeability coefficient of coal around infusion hole is gotten. The law of damage evolution around infusion hole of coal seam due to the periodic changes of high pressure water is analyzed. The macroscopic and microscopic mechanism of coal seam high pressure pulsion water infusion preventing coal and gas outburst is analyzed based on the "rheological hypothesis".The effect of different parameters of high pressure pulsion water infusion on the coal and gas outburst is gotten from the angle of energy. Coal seam high pressure pulsion water infusion equipment is developed based on the above research. Implementing scheme of XuanDong mine coal seam high pressure pulsion water infusion is designed, and site industrial experiment is implemented, and the effect of high pressure pulsion water infusion on coal and gas outburst is inspected. Paper researches on the effective control of the coal and gas outburst disaster theory system, provides the new technology and experimental equipment, has important value for safety production in coal mine.
