Research On The Safety Evaluation Of Construction Site Based On Hazard Management

With the development of the economy, the construction industry is increasingly booming. In the meantime, the number of safety accident and the death toll of construction projects in China have been high. Against such a backdrop, from the root causes of accidents, in order to control safety hidden danger effectively, this paper analyses the identification of hazardous sources and the management problems. On the basis of this analysis, the writer researches the safety management problems on the construction site. Firstly, four evaluation factors of project hazard is put forward in the context, then the process of the identification of major hazardous sources and the management. Secondly, the writer studies the safety evaluation methods and sets up a safety evaluation system, then researches the processes and index system design. Subsequently, the writer put forwards a safety management model on the construction site based on the hazard management, and sets up a information platform and safety culture system. Finally, the writer applies this research achievement to two typical projects, through the practice proves the feasibility of safety management model and gets feedback to improve the content. The research result shows that one can evaluate the safety of project effectively based on the safety management on the construction site, and find improving direction which is good for the improvement of project management efficiency and benefits.
