The construction industry is the most important pillar industry of China's economy and plays a very important role in the development of China's economy.In recent years,with the acceleration of China's economic development process,the output value of the construction industry and the number of staff have continued to increase,but at the same time,there are more and more construction safety problems,which poses great challenges to construction.The threat of greatly protecting the personal safety of employees will also have a bad impact on businesses and society.Due to the huge construction process and long time of large buildings,there will be many uncertain factors in the construction phase,which greatly strengthens the difficulty of safety management of major hazards in construction.At this stage,there will be many accidents of major hazards during the construction of our country.The accidental accidents are not inspected,and the distribution and changes of the major hazards in the construction of key hazards cannot be controlled.The major dangerous problems that often occur in construction.Then,we must grasp the areas where major hazards exist in building construction.With the rapid development of construction technology,the traditional safety management methods have fallen behind,so it is necessary to study a new safety management model for major hazards in construction.The emergence of BIM technology indicates that China's construction industry has entered the era of information technology and plays an important role in promoting the development of the construction industry.The main purpose of this research is to discuss the BIM technology in the discussion of the safety management of major hazards in construction,and to explore the theory and practice of safety management of major hazards in construction based on BIM.This article first describes the current problems in construction safety management and the limitations of management methods,as well as the current theoretical results of safety management,and describes the current status of BIM research and application.According to the investigation and study,the key and difficult points of the safety management of the construction unit during the construction process are analyzed,and the expectation of applying BIM technology to the construction safety management is prospected.Then it discusses the application of BIM technology in the process of building safety management,and analyzes its feasibility and advantages in the process of building safety management.The functions of BIM information integration,collaboration,visualization,etc.in building safety management are: information integration facilitates comprehensive safety management in the construction process;through information exchange,it can promote the cooperation of construction participating units,different participating units,and in building safety Aspect sharing and collaborative management;the three-dimensional view enables management staff and operators to communicate in real time and efficiently,integrate safety management objectives,and ensure the safety plan is carried out.Finally,the application of BIM technology in the safety management of major hazard sources in construction is studied.Establish a BIM-based construction safety management model framework for major hazard sources.Analyze and use BIM to build models,4D construction simulation and collision detection technology,establish a visual safety management platform for major hazard sources in building construction,and conduct dynamic analysis of building construction.After optimizing construction,formulating protection systems and emergency management measures,reducing and avoiding safety hazards,avoiding or reducing the occurrence of major accidents of safety hazards in construction,and implementing the goals of construction safety management.
