Quasi-parallel cutting method is a new cutting method. Baesd on the theory of rock mechanics, rock dynamic mechanics, rock blast theory and elastic mechanics, quasi-parallel cutting method has been discussed in detail. In this paper, based on the quasi-static theory of blasting gas and Mohr-Coulomb' theory of strength, the generation process of cavity has been analyzed. The main influence factors of quasi-parallel cutting blast have been studied in detail. Calculation methods of parameters of quasi-parallel cutting are proposed. According to the theory of finite element, numerical simulation on quasi-parallel cutting method is conducted. Laws of stress wave propagation have been accquired. Based on similarity theory, model tests on quasi-parallel cutting method are carried out. Optimum scheme of model test for quasi-parallel cutting method is obtained. For the purpose of optimizing the quasi-parallel cutting parameters, a series of field experiments are carried out. Technical parameters of cutting holes including layout, depth, angle of inclination, spacing, charge and the interval time of short-delay blasting are obtained under different blasting conditions. |
