Process industry is an important basic industry of national economy.In recent years,the development of economic globalization has subject China's process industry to great challenges.The increasingly complex business environment and fierce market competition faced with process enterprises have forced them to explore the best schemes for production and operation management.Production scheduling,one of the key technologies for enterprises to achieve high efficiency,high flexibility and high reliability,is the core of production management of process enterprises.Its proper optimization can help improve enterprises'service level and create significant economic and social benefits for them."Made in China 2025”and industrial optimization and upgrading push modern enterprises to carry out researches on production scheduling methods and optimization technologies to improve quality and efficiency by intelligent production,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance.With the optimal scheduling of paper production process in process industry taken as the research object,this paper explores the theory and application technology of scheduling model and algorithm in process industry,and the main research work and contributions are as follows.? Research on production scheduling of paper-making enterprises based on decomposition multi-objective evolutionary algorithmBased on investigations and analysis of the production characteristics of paper-making enterprise specializing in toilet paper,a production scheduling mathematical model with the characteristics of enterprise was worked out with the objectives of minimizing the maximum completion time,minimizing the total number of delay periods and minimizing the number of production switching,under the circumstances of ignoring the material preparation time and the sudden equipment failure,and considering processing sequence constraints,equipment availability constraints and material constraints.Also,a decomposition multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on self-organizing map was proposed to solve the constructed production scheduling model.The constructed self-organizing mapping makes full use of the previous knowledge concerning the problem,which enables the algorithm to search for the approximate Pareto optimal solution set of the problem to be optimized on a lower space,and also helps maintain the diversity of the population in the decision space.The experimental findings reveal that the proposed algorithm creates better optimization performance in terms of both convergence and uniformity.? Research on optimal scheduling of three-dimensional warehouses in paper-making enterprises based on negative correlation search algorithmTo solve the problem of the location allocation of automated three-dimensional warehouse in finished product storage of paper-making enterprises,a dual-objective mathematical model for space allocation in the three-dimensional warehouse was established,with the lowest shelf center of gravity and the shortest warehousing time taken as the optimization objectives,based on the shelf partitioning principle and space allocation strategy and taking into consideration shelf stability and access efficiency.With the characteristics of the built mathematical model considered,a negative correlation search algorithm is proposed to solve the established scheduling model.The experimental findings show that the proposed NCS algorithm achieves better optimization performance in terms of convergence accuracy and convergence speed compared with GA,PSO,DE,EP,and GSA algorithms.? Research on project scheduling for paper-making enterprises based on quantum evolutionary algorithmThe mathematical model of Multi-mode Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem(MRCPSP)is established and a quantum evolution-based heuristic algorithm is proposed for optimal solution in the light of the problem of multi-mode project scheduling in intelligent manufacturing environment of paper-making enterprises and in conjunction with actual multi-mode resource project management problems and practical examples.The encoding and decoding of quantum bits are designed to fix the infeasible solution to the MRCPSP problem.Moreover,the individual adaptability is evaluated,and the population is evolved using quantum revolving gates.The proposed algorithm is validated by using data from the PSLIB standard library.The effectiveness of this algorithm is proved by means of the optimal solution obtained from this algorithm,the parameters affecting the performance of the algorithm solution are analyzed one by one.It provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the algorithm and enriches the theoretical research system of the Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem(RCPSP)and provides new problem-solving ideas for the project management of paper enterprises.? The design and implementation of intelligent MES system for paper-making enterprises based on cloud platformBased on the above research findings,combined with the actual needs of paper-making enterprises,the system structure diagrams of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),manufacturing execution system(MES)and Process Control System(PCS)of intelligent paper-making enterprises were presented,the intelligent MES system of paper-making enterprises based on cloud platform was designed,the main functional module block diagrams of the system were presented,the software and hardware configuration of the intelligent MES system based on the cloud platform of paper-making enterprises were carried out,and the related software function interface was designed,which can be used as a reference for the independent research and development of the intelligent MES system of paper-making enterprises.
