The mining and stripping engineering of the Open-Pit mine is completed by process equipment,so the Open-Pit mining technology system reliability plays a decisive role in the normal production of Open-Pit mine.The traditional research methods of the system reliability are mostly static analysis.But static analysis can not meet the temporal-spatial variation requirements of the dynamic evolution for the Open-Pit mining technology systems.The emergence of system reliability simulation methods has opened up a new solution to the research of the Open-Pit mining technology system reliability.But the simulation program needs to be improved in the operational continuation relationship of the related equipment after the equipment fails.And it also needs to be improved in the reasonable prediction of the equipment fault.Aiming at the above problems,a reliability evaluation method for Open-Pit mining technology system has been proposed.And it has been based on dynamic model and intelligent simulation.This method has defined the reliability of Open-Pit mining technology system from the perspective of systematic science.And a simulation thinking of the systematic dynamic evolution process has been proposed.And it has reflected on the change of the system variables with time such as material flow network structure,flow direction,flow capacity and flow speed.The influential factor analysis framework has been established for Open-Pit mining technology system reliability.And the influential factor has embodied in human,equipment,surroundings,management,time and space.In the research of the simulation models,hierarchical integrated model has been established by using the integrated method from qualitative to quantitative analysis.Visual modeling of static parts has been realized by static modeling techniques such as block diagram and directed weighted graph.And these static parts of the model has contained reliability target layer,system presentation layer and system structure layer.Programmatic modeling of dynamic parts has been realized by using dynamic modeling techniques such as Petri net and discrete event system simulation.And the dynamic parts of the model has contained system representation layer and system behavior layer.And by using.Net CAD secondary development technology,an aided design tool for developing transportation network model of Open-Pit mine has been developed.And this tool can be suitable for Auto CAD platform.So the dynamic construction problem of the simulation model for the Open-Pit mining technology system reliability has been solved.In the research of simulation methods,the shortest path algorithm based on power consumption for developing transportation network of Open-Pit mine has been proposed.The intelligent simulation method for occurrence time of equipment fault based on Markov Chain Monte-Carlo method has been proposed.The intelligent simulation method for maintenance time of equipment fault based on non-parametric kernel density estimation has been proposed.And the intelligent simulation method for equipment engineering quantity of individual material flow based on mutual learning neural network has been proposed.The three stage scanning method has been used as the core strategy of system simulation.Simulation program design of logical processing has been proposed.It has contained operational continuation relationship of the related equipment after the equipment fails.The multiple core problems of reliability simulation for Open-Pit mining technology system has been solved,such as intelligent handling of equipment fault relationship,intelligent simulation of equipment fault occurrence time,and intelligent simulation of equipment fault maintenance time.In the analysis of simulation results,system reliability evaluation method of the independent material flow based on order relationship of interval number has been proposed.And system reliability evaluation method of the correlation material flow based on fitness of interval number has also been proposed.The influences of stochastic uncertainty and cognitive uncertainty on system reliability have been effectively controlled by the composition and comparison strategies of interval numbers.The research results have perfected and developed the reliability analysis theory of Open-Pit mining technology system based on system simulation.It has important theoretical and practical significances for the construction of intelligent mine,and ensuring the safe,efficient and green production of Open-Pit mine.The dissertation has 53 figures,31 tables and 124 references.
