Mining and transporting equipment is the key equipment in coal mining.It consists of four types of coal mining machine,hoist,scraper conveyor and roadheader.The construction of the mining equipment is complex,each model is made up of very many parts.If the parts are damaged in the coal mining,the equipment can not operate normally,which will seriously affect the progress of the coal mining.According to the statistics,the death rate of millions tons of coal in China in 2012 is almost 20 times that of the United States.It shows that the coal mining machinery in our country is not advanced enough and is still behind the other countries.So the design of the spare parts for mining and transporting is a very important link,which ensures the reliability of the equipment itself and the safety of mining work.When a designer uses a traditional method to design a product model,if any step is wrong or needs to change the shape of the model,it is necessary to redesign the product model according to the original process,and too much repetitive work costs a lot of time and energy for engineering designers.With the rapid development of computer technology,parametric design technology has been widely applied in all walks of life product design.Parametric design technology can be used to quickly change the purpose of the model.In recent years,the development of network technology also has a great influence on the design thought of the designer.In the network environment,using the modeling technology of CAD software to design the product,so that the users in various regions can cooperate online,provide the user with great convenience,and realize the exchange and sharing of resources.Based on the analysis of the dynamic analysis of the parameterized design of spare parts at home and abroad,the research progress of the parameterized design of the parts and components of the excavating transportation equipment is summarized,and the research goal of this paper is put forward.Combining CAD technology with network technology is an important trend in the future of CAD development.Based on ANSYS software,this topic combines the parameterized modeling technology of ANSYS with network technology,and develops a parameterized modeling system for mining and transportation equipment parts under the network environment.By comparing the work pattern of the network system,the system architecture is designed based on the B/S mode.Under the ASP.NET platform,Visual Studio 2010 is used as the development tool and HTML technology is used to write the front page of the system,and the layout of the web page is designed.SQL Server 2008 is used as a database tool to access data resources in the system.;the parameterized modeling command flow of the components of the mining transportation equipment is written in APDL language,and the backstage code of the system is written in the C# language,and the call to the ANSYS software is realized.This subject is based on the powerful UG software of CAD,and uses the two development tool UG/OPEN of UG to parameterize the spare parts of the mining transportation equipment,and develops the parameterized modeling system of the spare parts of the mining transportation equipment based on the UG environment.Using two development tools of UG software,UG/OPEN GRIP,UG/OPEN API,UG/OPEN MenuScript and UG/OPEN UIStyle,the system menu script files are written.The parts dialog interface is designed,the function code of the system is written in C++ language,and the 3D model template of the parts is established in UG,and the parameterized CAD system of the four kinds of equipment is developed.In this paper,various tests have been carried out on the system.The example shows that the system has completed the predetermined functional requirements,and the interface is simple,which is suitable for most users.The system is easy to operate and suitable for most enterprises.To a certain extent,it shortens the gap between small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises,reduces the unnecessary investment of enterprises,reduces the workload of the designers,and can also design the model without the guidance of professional technicians.At the same time,the Web technology is applied to the development of the system,and it provides a convenient and effective system platform for the design of parametric design.It provides a reference for the future designers to develop the CAD/CAE system under the network environment for other objects.
