Shaft is the throat of coal production,the stability and safety of shaft are related to the normal operation of the entire coal mine and the safety of the coal mine workers.This paper takes the Nanpiao Coal mine large kiln ditch coal mine auxiliary shaft’s deformation and destruction under the influence of mined out area as the research background,and the mining damage mechanism of shaft lining is studied.The research work aimed at the issues studied as follows:research on the actual measurement data of the Dayao ditch auxiliary shaft,calculate the maximum deformation of shaft kiln ditch and the location where it is located,and to get the deformation and failure distribution of Dayao coal mine auxiliary shaft through the analysis.According to the actual measurement data of Dayao coal mine auxiliary shaft deformation and failure and mining technical information of Dayao coal mine and its surrounding local coal mine,and preliminary study of effect of Dayao coal mine auxiliary shaft under the mined out area.To study the deformation and failure mechanism of dayao coal mine shaft under the influence of the mined out area,and study on mechanical properties of surrounding rock of the mine shaft kiln ditch,by carrying out the rock mechanics three axis test,the axial compression constant confining pressure reduction and the confining pressure increase the axial compression creep test,we get the Related features and rules of the deformation and failure of dayao coal mine shaft wall rock under the effect of unbalanced force,according to the rock mechanics test data,we set up creep constitutive model of dayao coal mine shaft wall rock.Taking deformation and destruction of dayao ditch coal mine under the effect of mined out area as the research object,and the simulation experiment of similar materials is carried out,similar material simulation experiment including similar material mechanical property test and material strength influence factor analysis,and provide the basis for the accurate development of similar material simulation experiment,the author studied the similar material simulation experiment model deformation monitoring method that based on close range photogrammetry,and the corresponding software is compiled,it provides the technical support for the accurate acquisition of the monitoring point information in the simulation experiment of similar materials,similar material simulation experiment design of the deformation monitoring and stress monitoring,and analysis of the deformation distribution law and the law of stress variation of the dayao coal mine shaft under the influence of mined out area;Using rock and soil engineering numerical simulation software for deformation and destruction of dayao coal mine shaft under the influence of mined out area,firstly,the actual measurement data that about the deformation and failure of the shaft kiln ditch are compared with the numerical results,verify the correctness of the relevant technical information about numerical simulation,then the displacement distribution law and the law of the stress change of the overlying rock and the shaft position under the influence of mined out area of the numerical simulation results are analyzed;Combined with the above research,the mechanism of deformation and failure of coal mine shaft kiln are analyzed and some conclusions have been obtained.By carrying out the above research can achieve the following significance:Carry out shaft lining stress,deformation and failure mechanism and rules that under the influence of mined out area,and the specific location of deformation and damage can be predicted under the influence of mined out area,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of deformation and damage of shaft control shaft;Study on the deformation and failure law of vertical shaft under different in goaf and shaft relative position condition,has a long-term significance in protecting coal pillar shaft position guide design,new mine shaft design and lining structure selection etc.To study the deformation law and failure mechanism of the shaft under the influence of mined out area,and to guide the safe recovery of the coal pillar in the shaft and industrial square,it Has important practical significance for prolonging the life of the mine and reducing the waste of resources.Fourth,the research on deformation and failure mechanism of vertical shaft under the influence of mined out area belongs to the research of mining subsidence theory,and the development of the research has important theoretical significance to the development of the theory of mining subsidence.
